8th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)As I was a first time buyer and I stayed in same property for 8 years. I got information that my Owner want to Sell house and Landmark was the Agent. Their communications was very Good. They explained me what to be done. They helped to Give the Mortgage Adviser and also the Solicitor. They Gave first preference to buy this house as I was staying for 8 years. Deal was very good and the Good thing was communications. I had my first communication with Mr. Hitish. He came to.my house, but I was not there. He had conversion to my younger daughter and explain her. It was nice that youngter no what their Family is doing g to buy house. Afterward my case was handle the Lady Name Raveen. Whenever we have convertion on phone, first thing she will ask how are you and than we have our conversation. She is to follow it up very well. If I want ask her anything, she will always help. With their help and the Mortgage Adviser finally on 1st June I and my wife is owner of our property. I thank each of them who were involve in doing my property on our name. I recommend if anyone get chance to buy property under Landmark Agency do go for it as the people are very polite, professional and understandable. Once again thank you in future if I want something I will contact you Take Care and God will shower blessing on you all and keep you in Goood health. Thanks Francisco / Angelina

24th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Got locked out of my flat at 10pm and called Sam, our property manager. He came to meet me within 15 minutes of calling him with a spare set of keys! Exceptional service, really appreciate how quickly he was able to help even at such a late hour
22nd Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)I recently dealt with them regarding a property in the Colorado development and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was always swift, clear and transparent and every interaction felt professional yet genuinely friendly. Mark was particularly helpful and he kept me updated at every stage, explained all options openly and went out of his way to find suitable alternatives when circumstances changed. When it became clear that the original flat might not be available, the agency handled everything with complete honesty and refunded my holding deposit immediately in less than 12h something that really reflects their integrity and efficiency. It’s rare to come across an agency that combines professionalism with such a personal, approachable attitude. I’ll definitely be back in touch with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent and friendly lettings team.
8th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)We met with 4 agents and selected James Anderson for their clear and straight forward approach, local market knowledge and willingness to listen to our particular requirements. They offered advice but gave us space to make our own decisions. They were proactive in marketing and scheduling viewings and we have accepted an offer of the asking price.

2nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Do not rent with this agency. Genuinely awful service, consistently unprofessional from the beginning, as they always supported the landlords over tenants. When we had no beds to sleep on for the first week despite being assured this was included in the contract, Tim assured us we would receive compensation, but when the landlords didn't agree, Tim told us to stop contacting him as we had put him in an awkward position.<br><br>The landlords themselves were genuinely the worst I have ever met. They consistently belittled, insulted, and made us feel so uncomfortable. Terrible people. During a power cut (caused by the landlord's failure to replace an old part), the landlords were totally useless. Due to this power cut, I had to stay elsewhere until it was fixed. When I reported this to the agency, the agency refused to take on board my concerns and supported the landlords.

From my very first interaction, Nick Maund was professional, approachable and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. He made the entire renting process straightforward and was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Throughout my tenancy, Nick was consistently helpful, courteous and efficient. Any issues I reported were dealt with promptly, and I always felt that my concerns were taken seriously. His communication was excellent, and his calm, supportive approach made what can often be a stressful experience feel much easier. Nick Maund is a real credit to Hackett Estate Agents. His professionalism, integrity and dedication to looking after tenants are exactly what you hope to find in an estate agent. I am sincerely grateful for all of his help and support and would not hesitate to recommend both Nick and Hackett Estate Agents to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsive and professional agency. Thank you again, Nick, for all your help—it has been greatly appreciated.

23rd Mar 2026 (20 weeks ago)Craig Anthony Ashcroft & Mrs Beverley Gepp of The property studio Barnet ltd are decietful and have no regard at all about the rights of those living adjacent to their tenants. AVOID like the plague. Won’t even send anything over that counteracts HM Land registry official documents. Enabling trespassing and harassment. Blocking our sunlight and failing to even provide a time or date when it’s being cut. No parking in their tenants AST. Yet they take up not one but 2 parking bays in the car park when their 1 space is allocated around the corner. Ridicules those with disabilities and refuse to make reasonable adjustments under equality act 2010 to write back on email. LEGAL ACTION PENDING against them and to the redress scheme they are subscribed to. 0/10

I was a novice to the house selling business but they took me through it very patiently and professionally. Their house valuation and assessment of the housing market was spot on.
