14th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Took 3 weeks to get our deposit back and about 20 emails chasing it. Very poor communication - completely ignoring emails and blaming the delay on unpaid bills which were actually for another flat. They were fine during the tenancy so a bit of a shame to end it this way.
5th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Highly recommended. We had our first rental in the UK with Andrew Purnell, and they've kindly helped us to go through all steps easily. Always had fast answers to my queries and everyone was very friendly. Our agent Frank Mulroe was extremely kind and helpful along the process.

I’ve appreciated his guidance and communication and am a bit sad to read other negative comments as they are in stark contrast to our own experience. I would highly recommend.

The only time you hear from the owner is when she hears some gossip and then think it's ok to call you up like your a school kid and have a go at you. Very poor care or respect to tenants. Go at your own risk to this shoddy business!!!!
5th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)**AVOID** Absolutely shocking! This company is not professional at all. We went into look at a potential property to rent and was met by a very pleasant staff member. We book a viewing for a couple of days time and were met by a older man who was late! When asking about the property we were given SHORT SHARP answers and were made to feel like we had put him out by asking to view the place. The whole experience was RUSHED!!! If I could give 0 star I would! * AVOID! *
25th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Me and my flatmate had the worst experience with one of marble properties agents- Shabs. Both of us needed to follow up with him relentlessly to get anything he’d request/demand over the phone in writing. Often, he’d forget what he’d told us previously/ use the fact he communicated primarily through phone call to disregard what he’d told us, creating a lot of unnecessary confusion and anxiety. One of the most unprofessional and immature people I’ve ever interacted with.

19th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!!Barbara was acting as our letting agent, the property was handed back to us in a terrible state, furniture, walls and floors all damaged. We have had to fit a new bathroom, new flooring, buy new furniture and repaint the entire flat. During the course of the tenancy she didn’t allow us to visit the flat always making excuses as to why her sub tenants don’t want us there. She has refused to answer any of my calls and emails. She sent one email to say the company you had an agreement with as the ‘tenant ‘ has ceased operating and that was all. Do not hand your property to her if you are a Landlord as all she cares about is offering you a low guarantee rent and then placing anyone in the flat so she is in profit.

More recently, Mark helped secure a mortgage adviser to help my partner and I buy a home in North Yorkshire. Mark is always open to sharing his industry expertise and has guided me through processes such as leasehold extension and has always kept me updated with the London rental and sales markets. I have come to view Mark as an excellent wealth manager whose services and knowledge I greatly appreciate. Thanks a million!

26th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Haven’t dealt with many letting agents and I will highly recommend Maxwell Valentine. Their professionalism is above par. Holly even offered to be a helping had when I was going through PND and that’s speaks volumes. They always look out for their clients well being. If i was to remain within London, I would not have parted with their services. They are the best

21st Oct 2025 (1 year ago)I had an outstanding experience working with Daniel Krieger and the team at Harding Green on the sale of my property in the West Hampstead area. Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

27th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Naz has been amazing. We found ourselves being evicted by our landlord as he wanted to sell his property, I am 9 months pregnant. Naz made sure that we were in the property and that everything was sped up, so that the transition was smooth and that I was comfortable ready to give birth. I cannot thank her enough for doing this for us so quickly. Normal businesses close at 5pm, She was still texting us at 9pm to make sure that we were happy. Amazing service from an honest family business x
