The team including Karim and Daisy were great to deal with right from the start. I needed a flat quite soon before starting my course, and they were able to quickly begin the tenancy and arrange the move in process within a few days.<br><br>Throughout my stay, Karim and the maintenance team were very knowledgeable and able to quickly fix any issues that came up.<br><br>Would highly recommend!

27th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)The price was initially set too high, but after some early viewings, things were reassessed and with a more realistic price, things moved along well.
5th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Highly recommended. We had our first rental in the UK with Andrew Purnell, and they've kindly helped us to go through all steps easily. Always had fast answers to my queries and everyone was very friendly. Our agent Frank Mulroe was extremely kind and helpful along the process.
22nd Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)Horrible experience with trying to get my deposit back (still trying to get it back to this day!). I put down the 5 week deposit for a flat that was advertised by Cavendish Cheam but had to back out due to personal circumstances. I understand that I cannot get back the 1 week holding deposit but for the rest of my money, it has not been returned yet. Daren has been claiming that I will be deposited the amount on certain days but has never followed through. It feels like I am being played at this point. Proceed with caution when dealing with this agency!

They helped us find tenants really quickly, and when external circumstances meant things got complicated, they went above and beyond both in time and resource to help support us and find us the perfect solution as quickly as possible. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent. They were responsive, available, logistically efficient, and good humoured.
