14th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Scheduled a flat viewing, flat got rented the night before and I was not let know that our flat viewing had been cancelled (allegedly an email was sent an hour before the viewing but I have no such email in any of my inboxes).
29th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Wasted my time going with them. Inflated price meant few viewings and no interest. Went else where having lost a couple of months of selling possibilities. Basically greed over reality.
11th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Martin was absolutely brilliant from start to finish of our house sale. He consistently went above and beyond to chase the buyer and her solicitor and kept us in the loop throughout the process. It was a real pleasure working with him and we really recommend Fyfe Mcdade.

10th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Poor service - initial queries were ignored and and I was stood up once I’d finally arranged a viewing, as the agent hadn’t bothered to let me know that the let to the property was already agreed. Do not waste your time on them.
15th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)They are extremely rude and unprofessional people. Do not expect any good from them. They literally hang up a phone call without any explanation or apology. They talk to people like they are shit.
6th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)I had a very bad experience with this agency.
I left a £300 holding deposit, but they refused to offer the 3-month tenancy I clearly asked for from the beginning. Instead, they tried to force a 12-month contract, which I never agreed to.
When the tenancy could not proceed because they refused my request, they also refused to refund my holding deposit. This is not professional and goes against the Tenant
Fees Act 2019.
Communication was poor, and they did not provide clear information from the start.
I do not recommend this agency.

Their communication has been thoughtful, clear and well organised, and I have really valued the care they have shown in our recent discussions.
They have taken the time to understand what matters to us, explain the next steps and suggest a practical way of reviewing the results together. That attention to detail is reassuring. I especially appreciate being included in the process and knowing that our feedback is welcome.
For me, good property management means understanding that the place you manage is someone’s home. The team’s considerate and constructive approach has made a very positive impression on me. There is a real value in being able to have an open conversation and agree on a clear way forward together.
Thank you to everyone at Upper Class Estates for your help and professionalism. I would happily recommend the team to anyone who values clear communication, a personal approach and people who take the time to listen.

Fair and honest, with kind and reliable people that are only ever a phone call away. Special mention to the lovely Simon and Michael, and to Julian himself. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)Extremely unpleasant lady on the phone. I phoned for assistance or guidance because the second leaf of the door in my building wouldn’t unlock for the delivery of a big item. Her tone quickly turned annoyed despite my best attempts to explain the issue, treating me like an idiot who can’t use my fob when the matter I raised had absolutely nothing to do with it.
She then grumbled that the office is closing soon (which is a fair point but it isn’t like I had any control on the time of the delivery when it occurred). She ended up telling me to raise a complaint the next morning and hung up without even a goodbye.
I appreciate that as the reception/admin person, she cannot provide assistance but it is her unprofessional attitude and rude tone that are simply not acceptable.

We were selling the flat and it was quite a complicated process because of cladding work and it took us many years, but James and his team were always very supportive and responsive. Overall very good experience.

Thanks also to Ben Welch for his kindness when visiting our home to take the photographs, and to Matthew Summerfield for managing the sale of the property. Had come across a lot of estate agents in recent home search and Aimee Charles & Michaela Coles at Stirling stand out as agents who genuinely wanted to help. Great energy, clear communication and honestly just made the experience of buying a property much less stressful!
