Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.

7th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)I had a good experience working with the team at Richard Godsell. The market for the property was limited as it was a retirement flat so we had few viewings however it sold after a few months, marginally less than advertised but for an acceptable sum. I would consider the original valuation to be accurate. Communication with the agent was good and while the sale took longer than expected due to legal complications, the agent did a really good job of keeping the buyer, who we were at risk of losing, placated through a difficult period.
16th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)We enjoyed our time both buying and selling with Hamptons Chichester. Bradley Harris and Max Paravicini were always professional in a relaxed manner, making our move stress free! I would have no hesitation recommending them.
1st Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

4th May 2026 (2 days ago)We have found our Agent Miranda Menzies to be very helpful, hard working, professional and feel we would not have sold our property if it was not for her. Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

The property was finished to a high level and Tash was fantastic in facilitating our needs. We are very happy and our new southern depot and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Tash and Quintons!
23rd Sep 2024 (1 year ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. I opted to withdraw my offer on a property despite being so over the moon it was accepted and loving the house. So sorry to the seller, but it was not worth risking my mental health in dealing with an abrupt, pompous individual. Didn’t even acknowledge my email, though unsurprising given the communication thus far! Shame Rightmove doesn’t allow you to filter out agents!

24th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)I made several attempts to contact them, but unfortunately, my calls were neither answered nor returned, even after leaving voicemail messages. This was highly unprofessional. I was primarily dealing with Gavin, and regrettably, he did not respond to my messages either. Additionally, I received no follow-up after viewing the property. It gave the impression that a decision may already have been made in favour of another buyer, and that my interest was not given genuine consideration. Overall, I found the experience disappointing and lacking in professionalism.

15th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)Strakers Chippenham are extremely competent. They are a very traditional estate agent which is a good thing when going through the stresses of selling your home. We originally bought through Strakers and 23 years later we have sold through them. I would happily use them again.

6th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Rosie Marlow is everything you should expect from an estate agent ,sadly experience has been very poor. Rosie is very proactive ,knowledgeable,enthusiastic and has made the process of selling our apartment relatively stress free upto now.
