16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.
25th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)highly recommend, clearly a very professional company, they take pride in all their properties making sure everything is in place for a comfortable stay, everything is well equipped, and it’s lovely and clean and fresh and communication is brilliant.

10th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)Bad experience of this agent. In the past, made offers which were not responded to/acknowledged for weeks. Poor communication between the office staff. They have a number of properties for sale with "overage" provisions - a lot of estate agents are not keen to sell these types of property due to the significant stress, hassle and legal complications for buyers and sellers. I would never sell my property through Peter Leete. There are other more reputable, professional estate agents in Grayshott to choose from.

12th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)We had an awful experience renting our house for 10 years with Strakers when we lived abroad. Our home turned from a beautiful place with a “wow factor” into a filthy mess with tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage under Strakers watch. After 5 years they replaced a competent manager with someone with zero experience and no common sense who told us that the place was in very good condition. We returned to find a huge mess. The Strakers agent is completely incompetent. Avoid Strakers if you wish to rent your home!- 7th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)Highly recomended.

8th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage.- 5th May 2026 (1 day ago)Toby Gullick was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process. He is incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything clearly, making what can often be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. His communication skills really stand out — he kept me informed at every stage and was always approachable and easy to talk to. Toby’s positive attitude and constant smile made a real difference, and he struck the perfect balance between being friendly and maintaining a high level of professionalism. He presented himself smartly at all times and clearly takes pride in his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Toby to anyone looking for a reliable and personable estate agent.

As the tenancy was ending, it transpired that they failed to transfer the check-in inventory after acquiring the previous agent over a year before—they told us by email at 5pm just as they closed for the entire Christmas period, leaving us unsure whether we could even make a deposit claim. Months later, they sent a bill. Poorly organised and unnecessarily stressful.
