9th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Truly first rate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank.<br><br>Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house.<br><br>While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round.<br><br>Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout. Would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from both of us.

3rd Feb 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial meeting to discuss the house sale, to actually getting it on the market and selling had been hassle free. The team from Beals have been great. Communication has been so quick and the relay of messages has been good. Couldn't ask for more.

I suggest you use any other agent in the area as these agents made my life hell during my second year of university. Awful people and corrupt. Offered a friend a car parking space near the property in exchange for a good review. So please bare that in mind when looking through the reviews.

My buying process wasn't straight forward but she was always on hand to answer questions and reassure me. This is especially great as a first time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming but Ali was amazing every step of the way! 10/10 would recommend to anyone currently looking to buy.

15th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had no problem in selling our late mother's house through Pearsons. They were very good with the negotiating process and the property sold very quickly. They were very professional, friendly and explained the whole process (and options) of selling the property.
3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Very disappointing property management service.<br><br>I would not recommend Cubitt & West Lettings based on my experience as a landlord.<br><br>My main concerns are poor communication, lack of transparency and expenditure being deducted without my prior approval. Around £400 was deducted from my rental income for a replacement washing machine. I was later told that the replacement had been agreed by the previous owner before I purchased the property, but the cost was nevertheless deducted from my rental income without informing me or obtaining my approval.<br><br>When I asked for basic details about when it was approved, who authorised it and the relevant invoice/order information, I struggled to get a clear answer.<br><br>What concerns me most is not the £400 itself, but the lack of communication and accountability. I chose a fully managed service because I expected professional management and clear communication, but instead I have had to repeatedly chase them for answers.<br><br>I have now submitted a formal complaint, but the whole experience has seriously damaged my confidence and trust in their management service.<br><br>Landlords should think carefully before handing over management of their property to this company.
8th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)My partner and I have generally had the best experience with Parker’s Tadley.<br><br>We lived at a rented property for just over 2 and a half years and I can’t thank Julie enough for all the help she has given us over the years. Julie is very quick to respond to emails, she points us in the right direction with advice and she shows she cares.<br>Not only has she been great with emails but she has always been available on the end of the phone if we needed her. When we have had maintenance issues she’s quick to speak to the landlord on our behalf and the issues get resolved quickly. Julie would come round to carry out a routine house visit and from the 1st visit to our last she was always so positive, happy and showed a real interest in our lives. It was honestly nice having her come round.<br><br>Thank you for all your help Julie, we both really appreciate it.
8th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)We dealt with both owners of the company, both very professional and knowledgeable, they have considerable experience in selling houses in thei area and made us feel confident that if anyone would sell our house it was them. They make sure potential buyers have the finances to buy the house before any agreements are made and i feel that overall they gave us more assurance than some other companies do. My son bought his house through them and it was the way they ensured that the buyers did not mess about the sellers than clinched it with using them.

I especially like the combination of local market knowledge with professional marketing, virtual tours and accompanied viewings. Keeping clients updated throughout the sales progression is another important touch, particularly when moving house can become stressful. The team comes across as knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely focused on providing personal service rather than treating every property the same.

7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)I rented a property through Parkers Lettings for 10 years and had a really positive experience throughout. Richard and the team were always friendly, approachable and easy to deal with, and any issues that came up were handled promptly and professionally.<br><br>After such a long tenancy, moving on was a big change, but Richard was extremely helpful throughout the process and made everything straightforward, including being accommodating around our notice period while we completed on our new home.<br><br>I’d happily recommend Parkers Lettings to both tenants and landlords. A friendly, reliable local company who genuinely look after their tenants. Thanks to Richard and the whole team for everything over the last 10 years.

12th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)A great experience with Right Choice throughout. We were selling our deceased father's house, and Jamie and Matt were sensitive to that from the outset. They were organised and great at responding to emails or calls. They offered advice when things got a bit tricky, and were pragmatic when we had decisions to make. We were selling the house long distance, and we trusted them completely to deal with everything in our absence. They were very competitive in terms of fees.
