- 8th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We’re currently going through the moving process with Mann Lettings in Chatham, and after using several letting agents over the years, they’ve been absolutely exceptional.<br><br>They’ve been honest, kept us informed every step of the way, and have always had the information we needed rather than leaving us chasing updates.<br><br>They’ve also been incredibly accommodating, allowing us to view the property again and measure up before moving in. With a toddler, being able to plan ahead has made such a huge difference to us.<br><br>Moving house can be stressful, but the team have made the whole experience feel so much easier. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.

8th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)We changed agents to Your Key Move on a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we did! We felt totally confident leaving the sale in Carlo's hands - we felt that if he couldn't sell the property, nobody could! We got our sale and Carlo eased both us and our buyers through the process. Our buyers were working to a tight time schedule, which we managed to achieve thanks to Carlo's efforts. Carlo always answers his 'phone if he can, and if he can't take the call, he will 'phone back as soon as he can. Always answers WhatsApp and email messages at any time of the day or evening, so you really feel that you have someone working with you. So much better than the usual estate agent 9-5 office hours. He provided the same high level of service to our buyers and guided them through various issues and acted as a go between for all of us. Our buyer said, after completion, how patient and helpful Carlo had been throughout the process with all the questions and queries that he had contacted Carlo with! Carlo is a 'make it happen' man and we are so grateful for the original recommendation. Would highly recommend his services to anybody thinking of selling their property.

Mann estage agents were not only fantastic at selling my house in under a WEEK of it going live, but their mortgage broker Jake Owen, provided such an amazing customer service that I appointed him as my broker after speaking with numerous. Not only did he get me the amount I needed to secure my future home, but he provided me with regular updates, was quick in the application process, sourced the market for the best and right deal, reassured me on the times I felt nervous that any deals will fall part. He was able to deal with the mortgage lenders effectively and responded to all their requires.<br><br>He took his time to understand my situation and tailored a service that felt personal. I honestly felt like he was a good friend at the end of the process. I trusted his approach and advice and felt confident to proceed.<br>Don't just take my word for it, its worth you experiencing his service to appreciate. For an indecisive person, I was very certain to use Jake Owe .<br><br>Special shout out to Jeff and Charlotte at the Mann Chatham branch for also selling my house so quickly.
