2nd Sep 2026 (22 days ago)We had a negative experience with YourMove Broadstairs, after a drawn out 6 month process to purchase a property on Beacon Road the vendors pulled out on the day of exchange- we later found out this was the second time they had done this.<br>Having been assured at least that the vendors would be blacklisted from using their services again, we now see the same property relisted with them less than 6 months later.<br>Buyer beware.

From our initial contact, to viewings and his ongoing efforts along the way, he was outstanding and his time was greatly appreciated. He listened to what we wanted from a property and communicated with us throughout our viewings and purchasing journey.<br>Unfortunately, our experience with the ‘branch development partner’ was considerably less positive. We found communication to be disappointing.<br><br>Liam was a real credit to Wards and is the reason we would give our experience 5 stars. We genuinely appreciated his professionalism, responsiveness and the effort he put in throughout the process.

Didn’t vet buyers accurately and sent people whose budget was less than our asking price- 4th Sep 2026 (20 days ago)Absolutely shocking! They were very keen to get me through the door but appalling at actually having any information as to what they are selling and that's even when they back to you! I was also hung up on when informing them they have wrong details for me... very strange behaviour, you'd think for their reputation of overvaluing they'd at least be keen to communicate with you!<br><br>As someone who quite literally does this as a job aswell i was appalled. The way they treated me differently to my father felt underlyingly sexist.

They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.
