3rd Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)After multiple formal requests, this letting agency has failed to provide basic documentation including rental contracts, deposit protection details, and rental account statements. They have repeatedly ignored our requests for information, and, as new owners, we do not have a legal management contract in place with them. There has been a consistent lack of transparency around rent collection and tenant agreements. We would not recommend them as a letting agent and everyone should avoid them.

Unfortunately we didn’t secure a sale but I honestly don’t believe this was because of the estate agents, just bad timing. Would I use Kent’s again? Yes I would!
