Amanda Robinson not stationed in the Ramsgate branch but was excellent and always on hand to assist me. James from the Ramsgate branch was an absolute super star! Very helpful & accommodating, professional with a friendly manner. Especially appreciated as I was locating to a completely new county and area.

We rented for 8 years a house in Sittingbourne (we moved out recently having finally buying a house) and the landlord moved from Mann & Co to Hawkesford for our last 5 years of our rental and Molly was so helpful, always responsive and helpful. If your looking a really good letting agent, call Molly Mellor.- 27th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)The whole experience has been simple with good communication, the whole team have been helpful and supportive. Even though we had one fall through the team done their best to filter out tire kickers. Hopefully the sale completes as planned, would definitely recommend, I have now purchased and sold properties through different branches of RMJ .

11th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)As I was going through adverts and I saw Mann lettings contacted them very quickly in regards to one of the lettings in Herne Bay. Spoke to Honey arranged within seconds a quick viewing appointment and from there all the paperwork’s was quick and faster and replied to all the emails very soon. I cannot say more really much appreciated and really happy with service provided by them. Highly recommend Mann Lettings.<br>Thank you..!!!Excited to get the ??????…!!!!
11th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Motis Estates Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents have been horrendous with my daughter to the point we had to get the environmental health involved resulting in huge fines for the landlord. They are very unprofessional and will give out confidential information out to everyone and anyone especially their tradesmen. When my daughter complained about one of them, about their shoddy work & being sexually harassed, they told him & he then started calling and threatening & verbally abusing my daughter & her husband at his work, to the point we called the police, they still have him work for them!! Honestly unbelievable. They will even try & gaslight you into being the problem. They really are awful

6th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)On behalf of my parents, I would like to thank Kent Estate Agents in Tankerton for all the help and support they gave them during their move. After living in their previous home for 50 years, this was a huge and emotional step, and the kindness shown by the team made such a difference.<br><br>Right from the start, Harry was patient, thoughtful and incredibly considerate. He took the time to show them around several properties, never rushing them and always making sure they felt comfortable. My dad was very poorly at the time, and Harry’s gentle manner and understanding meant a great deal to us.<br><br>Throughout the process, my parents needed a lot of reassurance, and Harry, Hugo and Caroline were always at the end of the phone keeping them updated, answering questions and easing their worries. Towards the end of the move there were a few stressful weeks, and exchange and completion had to happen on the same day. This caused a lot of anxiety for my parents, but the team at Kent did everything they could to move things forward and support them through it.<br><br>We especially wish Harry all the very best in his career as an estate agent. His kindness and thoughtfulness have been outstanding, and my parents often commented on how lovely and reassuring he was. He was always happy to take their endless phone calls, never making them feel like a bother, and his calm manner really helped them through a very stressful time.<br><br>My parents and all of our family are extremely grateful for the care, patience and professionalism shown by everyone at Kent Estates. They didn’t just help my parents buy a home; they helped them feel settled, reassured and genuinely looked after during a very significant moment in their lives. It felt that because I could not afford a higher-priced property, I was not treated as a genuine potential client at all.<br><br>I contacted them in July regarding a property they were advertising — and to this day, I am still waiting for the promised callback.<br><br>Let this serve as a warning to anyone, whether buying or selling, considering using their services.
