Sheetal Suri did the initial valuation and was very polite and informative about the market and how shaw and co would handle the process if we did choose them. Having met a few other estate agents I was convinced that this firm would be the best to go with. We landed an offer within a couple of viewings and from offer accepted to completion Jindra Lall was at hand. She was always assisting us and enabled us the close the transaction quickly. We are really pleased with our whole experience of dealing with shaw and co and would not hesitate to recommend them for any sales.

Lauren Kelly was our first initial point of contact when we put our property up for sale through Wards and she really took the time to sit down with us and explain the whole process from start to finish. She made myself and my partner feel reassured that they had our best interests at heart. She answered any questions we had with ease and was such a pleasure to speak with. From then onwards we had the pleasure of liaising with Monika and Swarnim who are both brilliant! They kept us up to date with news about our property and really pushed to get viewings for us. I must shout out Swarnim separately as he was incredible, and really made us feel as though we were speaking to an old friend. Finally, I must give our biggest thanks to Emma (sales progressor) who was absolutely fantastic! Again, it was like speaking to an old friend and she really pushed to ensure our sale and purchase went through smoothly. Overall, thank you so much for such a speedy sale and buy! 5th May 2026 (4 days ago)I'm the buyer in a chain, and Wards is working on behalf of the seller. I have found them very obstructive to work with, and I've received emails with incorrect information etc etc. The team seem to have been providing false information to the seller's team, which is a little frustrating.
15th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)The staff are all very professional, and are very willing and able to address your concerns as the lines of communication are always open - so important in leading the seller through the legal labyrinth. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.
1st May 2026 (8 days ago)I think buying and selling a house is stressful enough, and this is why we loved working with Strickland: Jamie and Terence are two REAL people who REALLY cared and did treat our sale and purchase like what it really meant to us, not just another transaction on their schedule. They have been reasonable (honestly, it may sound like an odd compliment but it’s just so hard to find reasonable people these days!), kind, proactive, an absolute pleasure to work with. I did genuinely trust them and I would do so again with no hesitation. The only issue now is that we’ll need to move again to have an excuse to hang out with them! ??????
