I was looking to have a valuation on a property, however unsure of the process. Kevin’s expertise of process knowledge inclusive of wonderful customer service really stood out in comparison to other agencies. I definitely would recommend family and friends to contact the Eltham office for assistance. Exceptional service!

15th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)The staff are all very professional, and are very willing and able to address your concerns as the lines of communication are always open - so important in leading the seller through the legal labyrinth. They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.
21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)Poor experience from start to finish. Note: they didn't manage the property itself (our landlord did, and he was great) — they just handled the contract and collected rent.<br><br>Move-in: Days before we were due to move, they suddenly said the gas safety certificate was missing and we couldn't move in. We'd already given notice and booked a removal company. We were told "tomorrow it'll be sorted" for days on end, forcing us to rebook our move multiple times while our old landlady needed us out. Total lack of honesty about what was actually going on.<br><br>During tenancy: Never once late or missed a payment. One month our standing order landed on Monday instead of Sunday the 16th (weekend timing, not our doing), and at 8:30am we got a threatening email warning of "consequences" and credit score damage if we did not pay by 8am (even though they had sent the email after that time). Clearly automated, but reflects badly on them regardless and we never even hear an apology about that.<br><br>Move-out: Made everything unnecessarily difficult. One tenant staying on had to urgently find two flatmates — the agency was slow to respond despite the urgency. Deposit took a month and a half to return. New tenants moved in without even a signed contract, and rent wasn't being passed to the landlord.<br><br>They expect flexibility and understanding from tenants while offering none themselves. Cannot recommend. First negative review I've ever written — that should tell you something.
1st Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)I have got to say that from day one we found Robert to be a very personable person & also, at a later stage, ditto to Mathew. We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. We would both like to say a massive thank you for everything. We would certainly highly recommend them. John & Tracy
21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)When we decided to sell our family home of 23 years, we were bracing ourselves for the usual brash estate-agent experience. We were recommended BR by a friend, and from the very beginning Chris (and later Aidan) were an absolute breath of fresh air. Professional, personable, proactive and, importantly, realistic from the get-go.<br><br>We sold relatively quickly, but the sale itself became particularly stressful, and throughout the whole process both Chris and Aidan were incredibly supportive and always on hand when I needed them. They genuinely went above and beyond and made a difficult process that little bit easier.<br><br>I’m so glad we chose BR to sell our home and I honestly cannot recommend Chris and Aidan highly enough. If you’re looking for an estate agent who actually cares about their clients and the outcome, look no further!

He was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuine throughout the entire experience.<br>?Aidan went above and beyond to answer all of my questions promptly, kept me updated at every stage, and made sure the entire move-in process went off without a single hitch. It is rare to find a host/landlord who is both highly efficient and truly thoughtful about their tenants' comfort.<br>?If you get the chance to rent from or work with Aidan, you are in fantastic hands. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and cannot recommend him highly enough!
21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)An estate agent that actually puts the legwork into selling your property, and are very, very good at it. Having had an underwhelming experience with a national agency they were in night and day in their approach thanks to Graham and Michaela. Frank advice about what I needed to do before my flat was listed. Brilliant marketing materials and stunning photography. I admit, I wasn't sure if I wanted to sell then(!) but they attracted serious viewings and I got an offer I couldn't refuse a week after my property was listed which I wasn't expecting in this market. Michaela then stayed on side throughout the flat sale, checking things were moving, liaising on questions and offering support (and reassurance!). All the way to completion. These guys know the market and don't take their clients for granted. If you're lucky enough to be selling in their catchment area, I don't know why you'd use anybody else. Totally earned their (very reasonable) commission.
