Tom and Nick were great right from the start when the house went on the market, and then when the house was sold, Janice and Erica helped to make the process as smooth as possible. We were delighted to sell our house after a handful of viewings. They're diligent and patient , returned calls and responded to emails, always kept the lines of communication open. I'd had a pretty tough experience elsewhere prior to this, so I admit I asked way more questions than usual, but they were super reassuring every step of the way. I felt totally at ease right from the start. A big thank you to Edmund in Orpington.

Their communication was excellent — they would answer any email within an hour and were always helpful and professional. They were also very competitively priced compared to other estate agents we looked at. I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home! Even the other estate agents in the chain commented on what good agents they were and how quick and organised they were with things.

Azra was really helpful and very nice from the first visit to the end, in constant communication with us to provide update and answer our questions/pass them on to the vendor. I can’t recommend enough this agency, I have friends who had a terrible time buying a house, this was not our case at all. Even when getting our keys, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Thanks again to Azra and the whole team !!
