They let you know what is happening as it happens. They are a great advert for Your Move. Thank you both- 18th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.

I have used Kenton for over 7years and just realised today I could leave a review which I am delighted to do because all I have received from this team is excellent services. I want to particularly thank Sue and Masie who always go over and above to manage our property. Even though we have never met because we live so far away, they are so polite and efficient over the phone. Nothing is ever too much to ask. Keep it up guys and God bless.

He and his team kept us updated throughout the sale and were quick to answer questions.<br><br>This was especially valuable during some tricky moments (when information wasn't particularly forthcoming from other parties in the chain), without that, sales can ultimately fall apart.<br>Buying and selling a house is stressful enough and Ed made the process as smooth as possible.<br><br>I'd happily recommend him and Knight Frank Sevenoaks to others.
12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!

Both Avril and Fiona are friendly, professional and helpful , making everything nice and straightforward.<br><br>Communication was great, and any questions I had were dealt with quickly. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d definitely recommend Your Move to anyone looking for a good estate agent.

(5/5 Stars)<br>I cannot praise the phenomenal team at the Bearsted branch of Wards highly enough for their absolute professionalism, stellar communication, and genuinely caring approach during my mother’s recent relocation from Ipswich to Kent. As a daughter navigating the modern property market on behalf of my elderly mum—and it being quite some time since I last bought a home—the process could easily have been daunting, but Wards turned it into a masterclass of smooth transition.<br><br>Our journey commenced on the 6th of June 2026 when we embarked on a family viewing mission, exploring several properties across Bearsted and Coxheath (including those managed by other agents ). Right from that opening day, Wards distinguished themselves. Bliss initially showed us around and was utterly brilliant, immediately equipping us with comprehensive physical printouts of the bungalows so we could meticulously rule properties in or out based on my mother’s preferences of the type if place she wanted to buy. She had sold her bungalow in Suffolk and wanted to downsize...The Wards Bearsted office remained our dedicated, friendly anchor. After that initial recce, my mother returned to Ipswich, leaving myself and my boyfriend to execute a vital second viewing of her chosen Bearsted bungalow. In fact there were two she liked, the other bring with another agent. We felt that Wards bungalow was far superior for her. We made our move and submitted an offer verbally, backed up via email. The manager, Dan, was an absolute superstar during this negotiation phase. While our opening offer was unfortunately declined, Dan liaised with us with total transparency and returned that very same day with a pragmatic counter-offer which my mother accepted, finalising the initial deal with remarkable holistic speed.<br>Once the offer was secured, the baton was passed to Jodie, the sales progressor, and whom kept us in the loop. Whenever I needed clarity on the mechanics of the timeline, Dan was always on hand to talk me through precisely what would happen on completion day and map out the progression from offer to keys. The logistics were intricate, involving a four-party chain, but the Bearsted team managed the structural friction beautifully. They even accommodated our family calendar, allowing us to postpone completion by a week so we could all return thoroughly refreshed from our family summer holiday.<br><br>Completion day on the 25th of August was a bit of a traditional cliffhanger. Due to the natural transactional delays of a multi-stage chain, the money transfers took their time, meaning we had to wait in a local cafe until 3:00 PM for the official release of the keys. because we were at the top of the chain and the solicitors had to wait for the money transfer. However, the exact second the clock struck three, the keys were in our hands, and the removal men could unload. The bungalow is a total paradise—precisely as described in Wards’ superb, top-tier literature, and the photography was absolutely immaculate.<br><br>Nestled right in the heart of the village, the Bearsted office itself is a delightful, friendly, and ultra-convenient local sanctuary with incredibly easy parking right outside, making popping in an absolute breeze. If you are looking to buy or sell consider Bearsted as it'sa lovely village and one of the most elite places to buy in the Maidstone area, do not waste your time going anywhere else. When going into Wards Bearsted branch, ask for Dan, Bliss, Jodie, Logan or Hollie who we all had dealings with and let this elite team handle your sale or purchase with total peace of mind. Thank you

4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Update - 2 years on: My landlord recently asked me to move out so he could move back into the property, which is completely understandable. Belvoir have been fantastic throughout the whole process, helping me find somewhere new, arranging viewings (including ones for properties I ended up turning down), and staying communicative and supportive the whole way through. Even two years later, the team are still friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Still highly recommend.<br><br>Had a viewing with Simon from Belvoir back in October, Friendly gentleman who gave me all the information I needed, Turn around on offer to acceptance was very quick, Moved in within a few weeks. Communication has been consistent and prompt. Staff at Belvoir office were friendly and polite. Any work needed doing or mentioned has been addressed very quickly, Great property agent to go with! Highly recommend

Always has a good plan ahead and will tell me her thoughts openly and more importantly honest. The sales side really let me down on several occasions and need to do a better job, the lack of communication was very disappointing through out.
25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I approached KMJ immediately when i decided to sell my property as they were very local to me and i’d heard positive things in the past, they’re a well respected estate agent within my village and have a reputation of having a good knowledge of the area, something i thought was important in respect of the property i was selling relative to its location.<br>I can honestly say that my experience with them was first class. From Marks first valuation visit which i felt was honest and realistic , to the expedient listing and admin to get it market , securing an offer within 7 days they absolutely outperformed my expectations.<br>The conveyancing process to my mind took an age, and i felt particularly anxious throughout, but KMJ in this area particularly excelled, Suzanne in sales progression was absolutely fantastic, she was quick to assist with any enquiries, often responding within minutes, tirelessly chased the chain, and i never felt for one minute that she wasn’t on top of the whole process. I cannot thank KMJ and all of their team involved enough for making a process which was particularly stressful for me a considerably easier one knowing that they had everything in hand. I would not hesitate to recommend KMJ to anyone and would most certainly use them again should the time arise. Thank you KMJ.- 4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Absolutely shocking! They were very keen to get me through the door but appalling at actually having any information as to what they are selling and that's even when they back to you! I was also hung up on when informing them they have wrong details for me... very strange behaviour, you'd think for their reputation of overvaluing they'd at least be keen to communicate with you!<br><br>As someone who quite literally does this as a job aswell i was appalled. The way they treated me differently to my father felt underlyingly sexist.

An extremely professional, efficient, attentive service from the initial valuation through to completion. Always available, courteous and knowledgeable. They asked me questions other agents forgot, very impressed! and than having Harry come around to value my home, he was meticulous and on point, he talked through prices showed me the square footage and spent the time to measure. I will be selling my home through your move when ready. Thanks for your help.
