14th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I really dislike and distrust all estate agents, they are slimey little liars, desperate to make a sale for their commission, it's just a fact. They overprice almost every house on the market. Also a fact. Having said that I dealt with Will a while back, I was buying my first house and he was actually pretty decent, as far as estate agents go. Definitely gave us the sales speech, but ultimately I actually don't care, I am in my dream house. Having been lied to and strung out for literally years by other agents, dealing with Will was a good experience, he was great with communication and explained the process of buying a house. The most frustrating part for me is how they recommend their own solicitors/surveyors etc, as they say they can chase them and speed up the process etc, because it is companies they deal with. But I found these companies more expensive. When I chose my own through family or friends recommendations, it was definitely frowned upon and was clearly told it wasn't a good idea, it could take longer etc etc. But actually I saved money and it literally didn't take any longer at all. From putting an offer in, to my moving date it was 3 months!!! Which was helped by Will and both seller and us, the buyers, wanting the process to be fast. We were also told the sellers survey on the house was still in date and if we wanted to hurry the process further, we could use that. We decided yo pay for a good survey to ensure our money was being well spent. The idea of just trusting a survey because it was less than two years old rang alarm bells and it blew my mind it would be suggested. But estate agents are sharks. The day we moved in, I was emailed and asked to leave a review. Which always bugs me as I believe leaving a review should be organic and not asked of you. So I didn't bother at the time. I was recently contacted by phone and email, asking if I had considered selling, it's not even been two years... how desperate is the housing market?! I've dealt with every company there is in regards to buying a house and Will in particular is the only estate agent that I have ever truly liked or trusted! What he told me happened, he never actually told me what I wanted to hear, I actually felt he was quite honest. I have zero plans to ever sell my house, I plan to die in it then eventually haunt it. BUT should I ever change my mind I would deal specifically with Will.
3rd May 2024 (2 years ago)Really good local knowledge which is key and communication was excellent with the use of my propertyfile. All agents were well informed and always helpful. The selling fee amounts to a lot but you get what you pay for so it was worth it to get me a buyer quite quickly at an acceptable price.

Thank you to the team for providing such excellent service.- 18th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.

Following the sudden loss of a loved one, selling the house was emotionally very challenging, especially for her elderly parents. Throughout the entire process, Wards went far beyond what would normally be expected. They were patient, supportive, and genuinely caring at every stage. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even going to the house to provide us with final meter reading, and their sensitivity and understanding made a real difference. A massive thanks to Daniel, Hollie, Logan, Bliss, Sharon and Jodie. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for not only excellent service, but truly compassionate people.

Communication was always professional, friendly and quick, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. George kept us updated throughout and was always happy to help with any questions we had. Collecting the keys and completing the purchase went very smoothly, and we really appreciated all the support during the process. Highly recommended.

My buyer's mortgage offer was due to expire, the day I completed.. There had been delays with the buyer's enquiries, and with other legal issues he had (he was not going through Wards). Amanda offered to work late so the chain could complete on this final day. I was struck by her humility in doing this, in her own time. She has consistently gone out of her way to help, her communication has been brilliant, as well as her determination to ensure the sale went through successfully. Dylan went out of his way with paperwork, which I was struggling with, always willing to help. Ellie has been generally lovely when I've been in, helpful, friendly and very professional with it. Thank you so much for an excellent impressive service, all of you at the Deal branch.

She also showed genuine concern for us when we had an incident happen while we were on our way to a viewing resulting in us having to be recovered from the motorway. Her concerned phone calls were much appreciated.

8th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We changed agents to Your Key Move on a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we did! We felt totally confident leaving the sale in Carlo's hands - we felt that if he couldn't sell the property, nobody could! We got our sale and Carlo eased both us and our buyers through the process. Our buyers were working to a tight time schedule, which we managed to achieve thanks to Carlo's efforts. Carlo always answers his 'phone if he can, and if he can't take the call, he will 'phone back as soon as he can. Always answers WhatsApp and email messages at any time of the day or evening, so you really feel that you have someone working with you. So much better than the usual estate agent 9-5 office hours. He provided the same high level of service to our buyers and guided them through various issues and acted as a go between for all of us. Our buyer said, after completion, how patient and helpful Carlo had been throughout the process with all the questions and queries that he had contacted Carlo with! Carlo is a 'make it happen' man and we are so grateful for the original recommendation. Would highly recommend his services to anybody thinking of selling their property.

Supportive, always kept me in the loop, knowledgeable about the area and the property and always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend them!
16th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.
