15th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)DO NOT use these agents. We got agreed a house we loved and it got put as sold etc. Next day we got gazumped by another person who put in a much higher offer even after it was sold stc. Most agents do not entertain offers after sold etc and whilst I understand agents can legally pass on offers even after agreeing a sale and that gazumping is legal in UK, they obviously passed on the offer as they want the extra commission and we lost out the property. We are not going to get into any bidding war and raise our offer up higher than we did as a matter of principle as nice as the home was- properties come and go and we will find a better one. But please avoid them as when I have called multiple other agents in the past- once a sale is agreed, they just say that and dont emtertain offers as a courtesy but Robinson Jackson did. Deeply disappointed with the agents, with the person who put in the offer as they have no shame, and with the sellers who even accepted this after agreeing with us. Disappointing and will not trust them again.

Unlike many agents who delegate once an offer is accepted, Aaron personally handled every single stage of my sale. He liaised directly with both solicitors, resolved issues before they became problems and kept the entire process moving with professionalism and calm efficiency. What truly sets him apart is his transparency, integrity and speed. He always got back to me quickly, communicated clearly and made sure I understood exactly what was happening at each step. His involvement removed so much stress and ensured the sale progressed smoothly and without delays. Aaron is the rare kind of estate agent who genuinely cares about his clients and takes full ownership of the process. His dedication, attention to detail and proactive approach made this one of the smoothest property transactions I’ve ever experienced. An exceptional agent and an absolute credit to the profession. I would recommend him without hesitation.

10th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)We put our flat on the market in November with Wards and although we are fully aware of the state of the market and how difficult it is to sell a flat at the moment, we've had nothing but issues since the beginning. Firstly, when they sent the photographer around, my partner had explicitly told Ashley that I would be the one who would give them access to the property as my partner was out for work. Despite this, the photographer messaged my partner instead of me when he arrived. When the advert went online, it featured 10 photos: 6 of the outside and 4 of the inside of the flat. My partner and I complained about this and they took one of the outside photos down. The description of our flat gave minimum details about the property, the finishes, the location... It was as if they had already decided that our property was not worth their time. We were told that they'd do an open house day, we set the day and planned to be out, however there was radio silence up until the very last day and if it wasn't for my partner chasing them up, we wouldn't know that we had no visits booked in for our flat. The worst part of this is the communication. Both my partner and I are listed as owners of the property, however Ashley would only communicate with my partner, despite being asked several times to CC both of us in the emails. Even when he "apologised" for this, the apology was not passed onto me, but onto my partner. To this day I have only received two of his communications (I did get the marketing updates from Dawn), and when my partner and I decided to take our property off the market, Ashley responded to the email only greeting my partner despite the fact that I was CC'd into it as a co-owner. Even the final marketing update was sent to my partner only. We sent a 2 week notice to cease Wards services and our property was supposed to be taken off the market on the 4th April. We had to phone them twice to chase up why the flat still appeared listed, and it finally got removed on the 10th April.- 1st May 2026 (8 days ago)Overall great experience with Wards, Faversham - but I cannot praise Hannah enough - she helps at every point, reassures you and definitely knows how to sell your home! My home sold before it even went live on the website, because Hannah knew she had people ready that would be interested. Couldn’t be happier with the service Hannah gave us!

Communication was always professional, friendly and quick, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. George kept us updated throughout and was always happy to help with any questions we had. Collecting the keys and completing the purchase went very smoothly, and we really appreciated all the support during the process. Highly recommended.
