15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Went in to ask about a property and was met by one of the estate agents who was very rude and unhelpful the whole time was unbothered to help and would say they would get back in contact when we didn’t hear anything got in contact via phone and was told again they will get back to us it’s been 3 months all I have to say is the estate agents are Livermore’s Crayford branch are lazy. Don’t recommend at all!

She always returned our calls and found any information we needed. She was an excellent link between ourselves, the Landlord and Solicitors. She is a really good communicator.

He was always approachable, patient and willing to explain things clearly, making sure we understood what was happening at each stage. 11th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Really deceptive rendering of room photos using AI or software cleanup tools. The result is you'll arrive to see a house in far worse condition than in the photos. In effect that can lead to a huge time waste to potential buyers.<br>Check the photos. This house actually needs considerable modernisation but never know if from the photos and there is no indication that these are virtually staged pictures. Wards is another estate agent in the area that also creates deceptive representations but they actually label their virtual recreations as such and then show an actual photo.
