I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

We have dealt with a variety of estate agents in the area whilst looking for a house and Martin and Co were by far the best, with a highly professional and non-pushy approach that values the buyer as much as the seller. Jessica was fantastic and always at hand to help with any questions in an efficient and friendly manner. Jessica delivered an excellent level of service and is a real asset to the team. Freddie was interested and not rushing me to view the property was very professional and helpful agent. I was extremely disappointed at the after care and no update regarding my sale. I didn't get a single viewer. I kept my home for 2 months with Footprints hoping I would get a viewer. I am glad I didn't have a contract because I changed and got 2 views in less than week.
