William, who is a trainee at Acorn, was an absolute star and made a very stressful process super easy and stress free for myself and family. 18th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)This is a personal review on a fantastic member of staff who has been looking after our home for almost a year.<br>Our estate agent Agit, has gone above and beyond for us on numerous occasions. We have never had an estate agent, previously as a tenant or as a landlord now, that has been so organised, proactive and helpful! Every email is responded to punctually and he’s just on it, always. We couldn’t be happier with the service he is providing us. So this is a ?????????? review on him personally, as we are so incredibly thankful and feel extremely well looked after.<br>I didn’t know how else to give you recognition other than to post on here… but I hope this gets you internal recognition within Acorn, as you are a huge credit to the company.<br>Thanks again Agit!
7th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)We found the team to be quite misleading and game-playing for much of the process of buying a home. We found Daniel to be very friendly in the beginning, and then just straight up pushy and tactical.<br>His team were ok, but it would often take a long time to get full responses which is frustrating when purchasing a property.

18th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.

13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)From the moment we met to the final day .. Langford Rae were professional, great communicators, supportive and friendly. We chose Langford Rae over 3 other Estate agents as they did not ‘hard sell’ and give unrealistic expectations.. they were honest genuine and fair .. of course, all agents want the sale but these guys were ‘real’<br>We are grateful to them for a very smooth ‘transaction’ through a very emotional process of selling our family home. I personally would highly recommend them.
14th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)We recently used Langford Russell to sell our house in West Wickham and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received from Steve and Lukasz.<br><br>Steve had a clear strategy from the outset for selling the house, and as a result the property sold very quickly as it had been proposed. Both Steve and Lukasz were extremely knowledgeable and experienced and their professionalism throughout the process was outstanding.<br><br>Whenever I needed to contact them they were always there to answer questions or provide an update which made the whole process much less stressful. Their communication and willingness to help at any time were amazing.<br><br>I would highly recommend Steve, Lukasz and the team at Langford Russell to anyone looking to sell their property. Her knowledge and professionalism has been outstanding from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much bother. If I had a question or issue through the process, I spoke with Andy the shop manager in Niamh’s absence. He too was outstanding and professional too. I would highly recommend this Team at Mann Rochester for making the whole process smooth and problem free.
26th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

David was friendly, professional and, most importantly, very proactive when it came to selling our house. He kept us updated throughout the process, was always quick to respond, and genuinely worked hard to get things moving.<br><br>We really appreciated his approach and felt that he went above and beyond to help us achieve a successful sale. 16th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.
