Rechay was calm, reassuring, and supportive, particularly during the times when the process became stressful and frustrating.<br><br>She was always very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Whenever there were hiccups in the process, she explained what was happening clearly and liaised with my conveyancer to help resolve any issues and keep everything moving forward.<br><br>Rechay was always approachable and available when I needed her, which gave me great confidence and reassurance throughout my home-buying journey. I am very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her and The Property Centre in Cheltenham.

From the very start, she was friendly, approachable and always happy to help with any questions we had.<br><br>Jenni (and the team) regularly checked in with us, kept us updated on what’s happening and was great at keeping things moving along. She also recommended some really helpful contacts, including a surveyor and mortgage broker, which made the process so much easier.<br><br>We would 100% recommend Jenni and the team at CJ Hole. The service and support we received were excellent, and we’ll definitely use them if we ever sell. Although having just moved into such a beautiful cottage, we’re hoping that won’t be for many, many years.

And you can really tell the value of a company when they are praised even by their own service providers.<br><br>Without a doubt, they are the best in Cheltenham for negotiating or managing your property, and we would certainly recommend Karl and his team.
2nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had a really good experience selling my flat with Sam. First of all he gave an honest and realistic valuation based on his detailed knowledge of the market and the local area. Secondly he wasted no time in getting the flat on the market and getting viewings. And thirdly his communication is second to none - given that he's a one man band, he's much more responsive than the big high street estate agents whether by phone or email. Finally, despite some delays and hiccups with solicitors he was constantly on the ball chasing things through and making sure I was up to date with the latest situation, likewise staying in contact with the buyer. Again, if I had been dealing with one of the bigger estate agents I'm somewhat doubtful that the sale would have gone through. Top marks!

Scott’s manor and approach was exemplary with all the potential buyers he showed around the house . His feedback was honest and quick. The after sales team (sales progression) lead by Helena was top draw. We were in what turned out to be a horrendous chain and if Helena had not been so efficient and relentless I don’t think we would have ever exchanged contracts . I can’t recommend these people and company enough . Very best Peter

Miles was happy to arrange additional viewings of the house, he was very attentive and on the ball. He even helped massively to speed things along when there were delays and did a great job liaising between all parties to get answers to questions.
