3rd May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We would highly recommend Howkins and Harrison. Maddie, Lauren and Eve are all extremely professional and so dedicated to what they do. Maddie kept us in the loop throughout the whole process which was stressful at times and kept in contact with our solicitor and notified us immediately about the current situation. We are extremely grateful and so happy we are now in our lovely new home. Moving is inevitably stressful but instructing Howkins and Harrison was the best decision we could have made. From the very beginning he was helpful, professional, and always available whenever we needed an update or had questions. Moving house can be really stressful, especially with children involved, but he made the whole process feel much smoother and less overwhelming. He kept in touch throughout every stage, was easy to get hold of on the phone, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us secure the right rental property. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We’re really grateful for all of his help and would definitely recommend both Reeco and Connells Oadby to anyone looking to rent a property.

Amy helped give us advice on how to make the house presentable for a sale and checking for damp. That was really appreciated as I was not able to have contacts in the area for support with these things. Communication was straightforward and all were pleasant and helpful throughout.

28th May 2026 (22 days ago)Don’t rent a property with them, they will extort your deposit in the name of “deep cleaning” we left the property with painted walls and fully cleaned property prior to moving as stated in the contract. Yet they charged us for something they never did! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

However my agents were just terrible! These guys did a brill job of chasing information that wasn’t being passed to them. To the point that I had to call round branches untill I found them and supply the information directly. After that they became my first call for up dates on how the chain was progressing as my agents didn’t have a clue!!! I’ll be using them next time!
