9th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)I have just brought a house through pattison lane kettering, from being shown the property with Tiana I knew I was in good hands, she was very honest about the property and didnt give us a hard sale which is very off putting from other estate agents, she gave us time to consider the property with out pressure which was so refreshing, she also did her research on the property and was so informative, she could answer all my questions on the spot. Then Jo and Sadie from the sales team where absolutely fantastic, it was a stressful chain but Jo and Sadie saved my sanity, took so much stress off me and kept on top of chasing the chain for me. They even called me when I was in the new property to check everything was OK and to wish me luck in my new home. All round fantastic service from you three ladies, I couldn't be happier and if I ever move again I will not hesitate to use pattison lane kettering. Thank you for your amazing work ladies! We absolutely love our new home and will be highly recommending yourselves to everyone.

13th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Newton and Fallowell, particularly Sue, but also Jess in Sue’s absence, made the process of buying our property happen. We had a particularly difficult sale (using a different agent, in Cambridgeshire). Suffice to say that had Sue not been so proactive in helping with an ongoing number of issues down the chain, the whole process would have fallen through. Communication from Newton and Fallowell was SUPERB, it was the only way we could keep track of what was happening. A professional and friendly service from a company that give the impression of really caring. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future and would also recommend them highly.

9th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Hands down the best estate agent we've ever dealt with. We have just completed our house sale with Your Move Swadlincote in 9 weeks with Christmas in between. Ann came out and valued the house absolutely spot on and put together a great brochure and got us online. Lynne then took over with the handling of our property and was proactively sending our brochure to prospective buyers, providing us with weekly updates and within 5 weeks we were sold with the perfect buyer. Lynne then helped the sale run so smoothly and again was calling and emailing regularly with updates. We cannot fault Your Move Swadlincote one bit. Lynne and the team were amazing from start to finish and we highly recommend using them to sell your home.

10th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Unprofessional agent. Two viewings arranged where the agents don’t turn up. Complete time wasters incapable of sticking to a diary or communicating. If simple things like a viewing are a chore to this agent what will the complete experience be like. I dare not find out. He was friendly, we felt very comfortable talking with him and he answered all our questions. Highly recommend.

17th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Ashley Adams estate agents. My experience has been nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to write this review. * Despite numerous attempts to contact Molly, I have received no response. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness have caused unnecessary stress and frustration. * As a customer, I expected timely and professional communication throughout the process, but unfortunately, this has not been the case. * Handling of the sale was done inappropriately, quick to take the deposit but no support afterwards. * Travis didn't stick to his words of 'I'll collate all the information and get back in touch'. * I was informed by Travis that the holding deposit fee would be returned if the deal with the property fell through, which it did for reasons that are legally acceptable. However, it is now approaching almost 3 months, and I have not received the refund. This delay is unacceptable, and I demand immediate action to rectify the situation which I can’t see happening any time soon.

18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Glenn called us and then met us at the property, he was exceedingly helpful ,explaining all aspects of rental, and the process clearly.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
