Despite Whitegates representing the seller, they were still very helpful to us. Lucy in particular was caring and supportive and explained things well. She listened to us and our needs while working hard with the vender to mediate our situation.<br>I'm sure this was a challenging sale for them and I think they did well to manage the situation. Would recommend.

Christine was fantastic at pushing our home out to get viewings, and once sold STC Kate and Anne-Marie were amazing at sorting out all queries and also navigating and feeding back to me everything going on in the very long chain. What was a very stressful move really was eased by the staff at Alastair Saville and we really can't thank them enough. If you're selling they 100% work for you every step of the way, and when buying every query you have they are so responsive and helpful couldn't of asked for better. Thanks so much everyone for getting us into our new home, has been a crazy few weeks but definitely worth it! If we ever decide to move again we'll definitely be back. One particular person, Amy Matson, Post Sales Support, has always been there for me, ensuring everything is going to plan and chasing where necessary , always friendly and ready to calm if necessary ??????, a credit to BFL.

29th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I would highly recommend Brooks Estate and Letting Agents, Prescot. Selling my late sister’s property while living abroad seemed like a massive, stressful challenge for me but Brooks made the entire process much easier. After I handed over the keys to them they took complete control of organising the viewings. I was kept informed with marketing reports, viewings and feedback. Their level of customer service is excellent and they responded to all my emails and telephone calls immediately. I am so grateful, as they made what seemed like a difficult situation much easier than expected.

Great service from start to finish - from making an appointment, viewing property to going through the buying process. Highly recommend buying a house from them.

From our initial meeting and valuation, they really were head and shoulders above the rest, they were incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and professional throughout.<br><br>They took the time to discuss all of the feedback and offers we received and helped us come to the right decision without ever making us feel pressured. Everyone was extremely personable and genuinely cared about us, our sale and what we wanted to achieve.<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for a better team to sell our home and would highly recommend them.
