Even though they did not end up selling our property due to unusual circumstances they still gave up their time to help us. They are a credit to the profession and if I ever need to sell a property I will be coming to them and I would recommend them if anyone needs an estate agent. Thank you Jack and Justin.

Jess and Alex in particular have been there every step of the way for me. Listened when I’ve had a moan and given me support and advice when I needed it. Moving house is stressful so having them in my corner on my side has been amazing. Thank you!

13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I'm currently purchasing a home through Whitegates Woolton, and I honestly couldn't fault the service from Lorraine and Georgina.<br><br>From start to finish, they kept in regular contact with me, providing weekly updates and always taking the time to chase progress when things seemed to stall. There were points where communication had broken down elsewhere in the chain, but Lorraine and Georgina went above and beyond to keep everyone talking, track down updates, and push things forward.<br><br>A huge thank you to both Lorraine and Georgina for all their hard work, support, and dedication. They genuinely cared about getting things over the line and making sure I was kept informed every step of the way.<br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Whitegates Woolton. ??????

Also to mention a member of staff by the name of Rachel is extremely rude and does not have full training to work with the public.

Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly, professional and the most efficient we came across.<br><br>Despite not securing our new home with them, we would like to say a huge thank you for all the help and advice we received from them along the way which helped us navigate the process.<br><br>We’d like to give a special mention to Christine who is an absolute credit to the company and went above and beyond to support and advise us, when searching for a new home seemed to throw repeated curve balls. I’ve got to say, you never made me feel like I was asking too much or like I was being a nuisance and as someone who massively over thinks and stresses this was such a relief to me. Everyone I encountered was lovely but I’ve got to highlight Linda as she was always so patient and lovely, such a calming presence and genuinely lovely person. My buying journey wasn’t straight forward in the slightest but knowing I could give you all a ring and check on how things were going was a god send, so thanks so much. You’re all genuinely lovely people.
