I phoned and emailed so many times for updates and every time Jacqueline Morgan helped me and was always so kind to me so thank you :) Plus Hollie Jones helped us secure our sale and made the whole process so easy. 1st Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.

They have been incredibly helpful every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. We genuinely feel we can trust them and have been grateful for their guidance throughout. It has been a pleasure dealing with them both.

James was a very nice chap, had deep knowledge of the local market and suggested the listing price I was expecting. The fees were very reasonable and the whole process ran quickly and smoothly. The drone shots of the house were impressive, excellent photography and very quick to get listed on all of the main platforms such as Right Move and Zoopla. HRT arranged multiple viewings the first week following listing and I recieved an offer at the asking price one week after listing. Extremely impressed and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend HRT. They would certianly be my first port of call if we were to sell a house again.

They managed to sell both mine and my partners house within 24-48 hours of viewings and supported us through the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property as a quick, efficient and reliable estate agents. Thank you Watkins Team!
4th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)Absolute cowboys ??????. Stay away from this shower. Plenty of other agencies out there who conduct business in a professional manner. This lot operate like their working out of a mate's garage. Comms is non-existent. Attitude and enthusiasm on the floor. Clearly all about the bottom line. I doubt they employ many people, and those they do are paid peanuts no doubt. Whereas I'm sure Mr Martin is very well off and maybe even some of his Co! It's simple really - AVOID.
4th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unable to sell my property after eight months on sale. Only had one viewing during that time. Thier mentality is to keep lowering your selling price. Even though they valued my property. Sporadic communication with us. Felt that our property was just placed on the Internet forums and left.

Thank you!- 17th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I found Peter Alan quite unpleasant to deal with. Despite clearly stating multiple times that we were happy with our current mortgage broker, they repeatedly pressured us to arrange a meeting with theirs. This led to excessive calls—sometimes three or four times a day—which quickly became frustrating. Additionally, when we identified another property of interest, it was extremely difficult to get through to them. We had to call several times, and on some occasions, it felt as though calls were being ignored or even deliberately disconnected. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
- 24th May 2026 (23 days ago)Several no-show viewings. Several communications received for bookings/cancellations which overlapped. Viewing notification received when a non viewing offer was made so had to contact to find out that a booking had to be made to register tge offer on their system. Would have been better to have received this information before hand.
- 26th May 2026 (21 days ago)I can’t begin to describe how impressed I was with Hannah. From the moment she took on my enquiry about viewing a studio flat, she genuinely took care of me. I had originally booked a viewing for a different flat which, after seeing it, I realised wasn’t right for me. I’m quite a direct person, and Hannah immediately picked up on my body language and what I actually needed. She then recommended an entirely different flat - one that hadn’t even been listed yet, so I would never have known about it. She happened to be free that same hour, added me to her viewing calendar, and met me at the property straight away. Everything after that was handled so promptly. She answered all my questions with clear, detailed information. This is my first time renting on my own, and she made the whole experience incredibly easy. I left genuinely impressed by her service, her confidence, and her knowledge. I’m so happy I chose Peter Alan. There’s a reason they’re the best at what they do -and Hannah is a perfect example of why.
