The team was incredibly professional, helpful, and always kept me updated throughout the process. A special thank you to Abdul and Janet, who were my main points of contact. They were both friendly, efficient, and always available to answer any questions I had — no matter how small. Abdul was especially supportive and clear in explaining every step, while Janet was always quick to respond and very reassuring during what can be a stressful process. Thanks to their guidance and dedication, everything went smoothly and on time. I’m truly grateful for all their help and can’t recommend Churchill Estate highly enough. If you’re buying or selling a property, this is the team you want on your side.

10th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Poor service - initial queries were ignored and and I was stood up once I’d finally arranged a viewing, as the agent hadn’t bothered to let me know that the let to the property was already agreed. Do not waste your time on them.

17th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Absolutely terrible. I had the displeasure of renting with Spencer Munson from 2020 to 2023 and I am appalled at their service. Issues with our rented property was noted when we moved in, such as blown double glazing that needed to be fixed, but we never got that fixed in the entire 3 years. We needed ventilation in the bathroom and I chased them for 2 years to get an extractor fan fitted. We had contractor after contractor visit yet nothing was ever done because they couldn’t organise. We had one contractor come twice for the same thing! He was as confused as us and stated he sent his quote to them and never heard back till months later when he was asked to go and visit again! We ended up with horrid mould due to their negligence. Every time I would call or email I was told they were sorry for my wait and would check with management and call back. Yet I never ever got one call back!! I was sick and tired of chasing so I made them aware I would report them to the ombudsman and that is the only time I got a response! Even then, it took MONTHS to get an extractor fan and still nothing was done about the window. The boss himself came to our property because it had gone on so long. Originally he gave us a day and time and never showed. This happened twice which I can understand things happen, but he never attempted to call or email while we waited in. When he did arrive, he tried to tell us the property was so old it didn’t need an extractor fan. I brought my grandad around for this reason. He has been a builder all this life and knows the laws. The building is required by law to have some form of ventilation in the bathroom to combat the mould that was growing. The boss tried to give us the run around but it did not work. We decided to move out earlier this year as we were fed up of them and were given the option to self clean to a professional standard or pay for cleaners. We cleaned ourselves and I videoed the entire flat as proof, knowing what they were like. We spent 2 days scrubbing every inch, skirting boards, corners, lamps, oven, fridge, windows and it was spotless. We used their own checklist to make sure we had everything to their standard only to be told we would be charged £250 for a ‘further clean’ after moving out. So a waste of our time. Don’t give the option to self clean if you are going to charge for progressional cleaning regardless! My family friends helped who are actually CLEANERS, so when I say it was cleaned to a professional standard I mean it. We were then charged over £200 for ‘bathroom damages’. After probing into this I was told the ‘damage’ was a loose toilet roll holder that just needed tightening…and the seal on the shower door was coming apart. So they were wrongly charging us for wear and tear NOT damage. So £500 out of our deposit later we are finally out. Appalling management, morally wrong and from what I saw in 3 years, could not manage a property and keep them to a good standard. Avoid at all costs or be prepared to be spending your free time calling and chasing.

5th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience. I was met with a rude, dismissive attitude from the person on the phone. He seemed uninterested in helping and spoke in an abrupt and unprofessional manner throughout the conversation. Customer service should be a basic standard in this industry, but unfortunately that was not my experience here. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this estate agent.

The whole process was conducted super efficiently with Saul Kara and Alexis Bennett with the utmost professionalism, great communication and timely updates throughout the process. Their commission fees are highly competitive and well earned from all the great work Alexander Property conduct on your behalf. I highly recommend this estate agency for all your property buying and selling needs. 22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers

3rd Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Finally making time to type up a review after successfully selling my property through Green Lane Residential! It's been a pleasure to be assisted by Humzah, Paul and Aryan. I was actually approached of around 6-8 by estate agents. Whilst, I bought my property back in 2021 with another estate agent and they had contacted to sell it for me, it seemed a no brainer as they were aware of my property but Paul stood out for me personally as he was the only with a lot more attention to detail and acknowledging every little detail and understanding my personal needs in this situation so that was the first big step. The second was Humzah - what a perfect role model - from start to end in finding the right buyers, the confidence, understanding both side needs, transparent in everything and even if it was things you did not want to hear - although stress at times (out of his hands) it was always in full belief and good faith in what advice was given by him. So thank you again for your help - we will be in touch for a long time and definitely would refer if any friends or family were looking to sell for sure.
