5th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)Disappointing experience. We unfortunately entered the market just as the economy was crashing into recession. However we chose Churchill because of their long standing local presence and thought they would provide an excellent service. We found them old fashioned and disjointed e.g. no 360 degrees online presentation of our house, we had to point out out that the published photos were originally missing a room, they was a complete lack of diversity in their agents (of which we had to deal with 3 different men although the area manager had said we would only be dealing with him) the different agents didn’t appear to have pre-read the information we had provided about our house before the viewings and there was a general lack of ongoing communication. In the end we only had two viewings before we ended the contract after 4 weeks.
29th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Wasted my time going with them. Inflated price meant few viewings and no interest. Went else where having lost a couple of months of selling possibilities. Basically greed over reality.
12th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Keatons and especially Izaaz went out of their way to make the process smooth and stress free. Up to date correspondence and communication through the process was much appreciated.

6th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)I had a very bad experience with this agency. I left a £300 holding deposit, but they refused to offer the 3-month tenancy I clearly asked for from the beginning. Instead, they tried to force a 12-month contract, which I never agreed to. When the tenancy could not proceed because they refused my request, they also refused to refund my holding deposit. This is not professional and goes against the Tenant Fees Act 2019. Communication was poor, and they did not provide clear information from the start. I do not recommend this agency.

We can fully recommend this property agency! 5 stars well deserved! Especially we would like to thanks Amna. She is totally star!

16th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Was dealt the worst tenancy of my life through Lifestyle Property. Within 3 weeks of living at the flat we were burgled, front door was taken off the wall so we had no choice but to phone the landlord and was told we ‘ruined his Sunday evening’. The property made us all severely sick for months at the result of black mould. We had doctors notes and the landlord disregarded all proof that the mould was a result of poor insulation. Adam and the management team at Lifestyle property were reluctant to help in anyway, Adam asked us to send him evidence of the flat and instead of giving advice, he ignored emails and decided he no longer wanted to help. Useless estate agents and I would advise anyone to stay away from Lifestyle property, especially if the landlord is Lee Poppy.
8th May 2026 (20 weeks ago)I suspect the site was set up by a staff bs security limited who portray themselves as locksmiths. I called the number I found on this site and a rogue locksmith showed up in my home asking for callout fee he never mentioned when I asked about charges over the phone. Beware!
15th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)Very difficult to reach by phone or email. They lost the tenants rent several times. Now they have failed to pay back the deposit - 3 months after the tenants moved out! And unresponsive as ever to emails and complaints
25th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)The most rudest and ignorant estate agents I have ever met. Please save yourself the trouble and do not work with this estate agent and especially not Haseeb. Throughout my time of renting a property from this agent, he has neglected his duties and then had the audacity to keep the deposit after I left the property. This estate agents and Haseeb have no humanity nor manners whatsoever.

1st Sep 2026 (26 days ago)Everyone at Douglas Allen was helpful and supportive. Unfortunately the house hat to be sold for a lot less than expected as the market was not very fluid. At least a buyer was found very quickly and we bought the bungalow we wanted at a small discount from the asking price.

10th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)We had been with Greenlands for almost 3 years, they have been very good landlords/agents. Any requests were immediately acted upon, fixing things were very quick. They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!

15th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)This is by far the best renting agency I have dealt with. From the initial viewing right through to moving out, the team was absolutely brilliant. They were always responsive, sorted any queries quickly, and handled all the documentation seamlessly. It is rare to find an agency that genuinely cares throughout the entire journey. I would definitely use them again! Highly recommend for all.

13th May 2026 (20 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.
