While I have generally found your services helpful, I am increasingly disappointed with the lack of timely response and action regarding reported maintenance issues recently . Although damages are acknowledged when reported, there appears to be little to no follow-through in arranging necessary repairs. This ongoing lack of resolution is both frustrating and concerning.

He was knowledgeable, transparent and a step by step guide to success, very grateful.

Ali was extremely helpful throughout and really went above and beyond to make everything straightforward. He was always responsive to my requests, quick to provide updates, and made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend Kings Group Cheshunt, especially Ali, to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and friendly estate agent. Thank you again for such a great service!

Communication was clear and prompt, and any questions I had were answered quickly. Moving into a new place can sometimes be stressful, but Husnain made the process smooth and straightforward. He was helpful during viewings, transparent about the tenancy details, and always approachable whenever something needed to be sorted. It’s refreshing to deal with an estate agent who is responsive and actually follows through on things. Overall, a very positive experience renting through him and I would happily recommend Elms Estates to other tenants looking for a reliable and professional agent.

We were looked after by the fabulous Darcie Stein, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and was always on the phone with updates and kept us informed every step of the way. However this buyer was not vetted thoroughly and the sale fell through. The agents were eager to sell the property and were listening to my feedback, but we're unable to follow through with a sale with this agent.
