19th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)I think Ashton are more aimed at selling houses than flats/apartments. They contacted me once, right near the end of the contract. I had to call them to find out feedback and if viewings took place. This was a little disappointing.
10th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)We had been with Greenlands for almost 3 years, they have been very good landlords/agents. Any requests were immediately acted upon, fixing things were very quick. They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!

19th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Everytime I enquire about a property for sell this agent is advertising. The first question they ask is 'Do you have a property for sell'. They take all your personal details and at the end don't give a date for viewing. This happened on several occasions, I have now stopped enquiring. I believe this is a fishing tactic to get peoples information and if they can find a person who is looking to sell. I would not ever buy or sell a property through them.

30th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)Unfortunately, this is not very reliable for several reasons. After using this real estate for a few years and even with some problems in the property. After leaving the house for 4 years waiting for them to remove me from the contract, they didn't do it. Given this, it is for several times getting in touch and solving this situation they did not do it cordially. Emails that are not even answered, calls with yes and no. It is unfortunate because professionalism in any area is very important as well as the responsibility of tenant and agency (since the landlord gives the agency responsibility) and regrettable to have to make this comment because respect is following the law is something they do not do. Remembering that at the time of covid the government imitated a statement about tenant vs landlord in which the rents were paid in full and as an example I always did it in full because I didn't think it was right. Honestly, they have to review the owner who works and deals with the good tenants, not to disassemble the deceased is a lack of professionalism. In addition, after leaving the house they still try to accuse of leaving the house in a miserable state in which this did not even happen because from the beginning (private photos from the delivery of the key to the end of the contract). I don't recommend using this agency because it's not reliable
2nd Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)If you can avoid renting from these people, do. Despite several good reviews I have to say I had a terrible experience with R L Morris. I moved into a flat managed by them in January 2025 and work promised was not done - kitchen tap flew off in my face, for instance. I had a succession of issues - a ceiling leak that took four months to fix, an ancient fridge freezer with a bottom drawer just a solid frozen block - their response to this was for me to defrost it for three days! There is not always an emergency contact in place at weekends, so if you run into trouble, most of the time you're on your own. Finally they gave me notice, saying that the owner wanted to sell the flat, but that was a lie because it's back on Rightmove for rent again! 246 Albert Road E10. Everything is clapped out in the flat, I repainted and was promised £300 to compensate but never got it. Previous tenants said they had the same issues.

From start to finish, he was incredibly dedicated, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible.<br>What really set Gaurav apart was how far he was willing to go beyond the normal responsibilities of an estate agent. Gaurav was not even our estate agent he was the agent from whom we were buying off and actually supported us and did more for us than our own estate agents (who were useless). Throughout what was at times a complicated chain, he regularly took the initiative to contact solicitors and other parties involved to keep things moving and ensure everyone was aligned. Rather than simply waiting for updates, he actively chased information, followed up on outstanding issues, and kept us informed every step of the way. His persistence and determination undoubtedly helped prevent delays and kept momentum going when things could easily have stalled.<br>Gaurav was also exceptionally thorough. No detail was ever overlooked, and he always took the time to explain things clearly, answer our questions, and make sure we understood exactly where things stood. We never felt like just another client; he treated our move as though it were his own and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us.<br>What could have been a very stressful process felt far more manageable because we knew Gaurav was on top of everything. His professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile gave us complete confidence throughout. It's rare to find someone who combines such expertise with such a personal and caring approach.<br>We would wholeheartedly recommend Gaurav to anyone buying or selling a property. He exceeded our expectations in every respect, and we are incredibly grateful for all his hard work, support, and dedication. An absolute credit to the profession. If we ever decide to move again, I really hope he is still available. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to sell my house and work alongside with. 9th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)I am disgusted by the way [Cranbrook letting Ltd] treats people. We viewed a property and were explicitly told by the agent that the house was ours and we could proceed with the rental. We started making plans and stopped looking at other places based on their word. ?However, shortly after, they went behind our backs and gave the house to someone else without a word of explanation. This level of dishonesty is appalling. ?To make matters worse, the stress and disappointment caused by this agency's lies literally made my mother sick. We spent time, energy, and hope on this, only to be treated like we didn't matter. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and have zero compassion for the families they deal with. If you want an agency that keeps its promises, look elsewhere."

I can vouch that the team at Highams Park were respectful, knowledgeable, approachable, polite, professional, and diligent through the process of valuing, advertising, showing, and selling our house. They were exactly the same with supporting us in the purchase of our new home, from the initial viewing to completion. Thanks especially to Jon and Freddie.

While they were representing the seller, they went above and beyond to help me as a buyer navigate what can often be a stressful and complex process. Communication throughout was timely and consistent — emails were answered promptly and viewings were always punctual. Whenever I had questions or needed clarification, they were quick to connect me with the right people to resolve any ambiguities, and they accommodated all of my information requests without hesitation. They were instrumental in helping me gather everything my lender required and in assisting my solicitor with their enquiries, which kept the process moving forward smoothly. Despite representing the seller’s interests, they struck exactly the right balance — giving me the confidence and information I needed to make an informed decision. 14th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)The staff was always arranging viewings last minute and asking us to do the viewings twice on a late Saturday afternoon nas Sunday evening. There waa no mobile contact number to call easily. There was no extra effort to try amd sell the house beyond routine advertising. Once I withdrew the house from the market the manager who was calling me every daybto put the hous on the market did not even call or email me back personally. Just got a generic email from their parent company. Felt the whole approach was very impersonal.We know from other agents that our road is sought after and they get queries.. But Bairstowe did not seem to have much idea about what made our house and street an attractive prospect.
