The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

7th May 2026 (12 days ago)Martyn Gerrard are exceptional estate agents. We had put an offer in on a home we wanted to buy but needed to sell our 2 bedroom maisonette to finance it. The pressure was on but within 1 week Martyn Gerrard found us a great buyer and negotiated his offer up to an amount that worked for us. The buyer they found was high quality as well, moving quickly themself but also being patient in our chain when needed. Martyn Gerrard managed the whole sales process seamlessly. They are more expensive compared to some competitors (we got valuations from 2 other firms who would have charged less) but they are worth every penny. I don’t think anyone else could have delivered the results they have! Will recommend them to everyone I know. Special shoutout to Adriano who is just exceptional!

Throughout those years, Jade has always been very patient with our queries and always speedy and productive with answers. She was also extremely helpful when our first tenancy ended unexpectedly when our Landlord wanted to sell. She found us a flat in the building next door and we got to move without any fuss at all. Saving what could have been a very stressful event. Very much appreciated all her help.

Since taking over the management of my property in late October 2025, she has been absolutely phenomenal at getting things done swiftly and efficiently. The moment I report any issues or repairs required in my property, Chelsea is instantly on it and always ensures everything is handled promptly. I truly cannot thank her enough for her commitment, professionalism, and support towards her tenants. 5th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)Recently bought a house through David Evans & Co and dealt mainly with Mark. He was brilliant from start to end! Such great communication and a pleasure to deal with. So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.
6th May 2026 (13 days ago)MONEY HUNGRY! Leanne/Kerry only care about commissions, find a better reputable agency. Communication is extremely poor, with an unresponsive and inattentive team, and the fact that the director isn’t even based in this country seems to result in a lack of accountability.

From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and made the whole process stress-free. They clearly know the market inside out and got me a great result. 7th May 2026 (12 days ago)Avoid Coopers Residential Ruislip if you expect honesty, transparency or ethical conduct during a property purchase. Our offer of £620,000 was formally accepted and we were told the property was sold STC and off the market. Based on those assurances, we spent money on solicitors, searches and surveys, while also progressing the sale of our own property and risking losing our buyer. What makes this worse is that Alfie-Nico Diaconu and the branch were fully aware of how advanced we were in the process, yet still continued entertaining another buyer behind the scenes who later submitted a higher offer. We were then informed the seller would no longer proceed with us. Yes, gazumping may be legal before exchange of contracts, but the way this was handled was completely unethical and showed a total disregard for the financial and emotional impact on buyers who had acted entirely in good faith. If a property is supposedly “off the market”, buyers should be able to trust that statement. In our experience, that trust meant nothing here. We appreciate sellers can make their own decisions, however the conduct, communication and overall handling from Coopers Residential Ruislip was extremely poor and has left us out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Proceed with caution.

Georgia was an absolute star, she was so nice to work with and always quick to respond to our questions. She really took the time to listen to our needs and noticed the little things that others might miss. It felt like she truly cared about finding the right fit for us and ultimately we found the perfect place for our family! Thank you, Georgia, for making this such a positive experience!

I had just over a week to find myself an apartment that I liked and get moved in. Her quick communication, professionalism and genuine kindness is what made this all possible! Throughout the entire process she went above and beyond, and I truly felt treated like family. Both my parents and I are grateful to have met her. Thank you Krupa - for everything!
13th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would strongly advise people to avoid V&A Properties at all costs. In my experience, this company is not who they present themselves to be. I have had a property with them since the 1st of April. From the beginning, I was pressured with constant phone calls to sign the contract and tenancy agreement. There were known issues with repairs in the property, but I was told that tenants were happy to decorate and accept the condition, which led me to proceed with signing the tenancy agreement. We went ahead and installed brand new appliances through Currys — including a washing machine, fridge, electric hob, and oven. We even paid an additional fee for professional installation, all completed and signed off by Currys installers. However, two weeks later, I was informed that the property was “not certified” and that tenants could not be placed there. When I asked what exactly was not certified, I was told that the cooker needed to be a freestanding unit. Without consulting me or getting my approval, they arranged for an electrician to carry out work and then sent me a bill of £1,400. Their communication has been extremely poor throughout. They also claimed they had emailed me over the weekend and that I had agreed to pay for this work. When I questioned this, it became clear that the email had just been sent at that moment, yet they were trying to say I had already agreed. From my experience, this company operates unprofessionally and without proper communication. They made decisions without my consent and then expected me to cover the costs. Please avoid this company if you can and look for a more reliable estate agent. I am now seeking legal advice
21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Anthony Lettings has been managing one of our rental properties in Hertford since 2016 when they took over from BlueTopp Lettings. The service has always ben excellent and the tenants have also been very good (no issues so far). Highly recommend as a landlord
