22nd May 2026 (18 weeks ago)We 100% recommend Matt and the Mitchells team in Highcliffe. Mid-January Matt visited to take photos etc of our home, it was quickly on the market, and by early February they had introduced us to our buyer. Contracts exchanged end April and a smooth completion followed. Throughout Matt, Kalise and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with and made things very straightforward for us. We had first made contact last autumn, being clear that our potential move wouldn't be until 2026. We were both impressed by the friendly professionalism at that time, so had no hesitation in choosing Mitchells when we were ready to go ahead. Now very happy we did so!

I, by chance, was already in the area - she was able to fit me in immediately that afternoon, and was incredibly helpful and detailed during the viewing. She even tolerated my meandering ramblings! I ended up putting an offer in on said flat, and Skylar kept me up to date on the current state of things, what the next steps would be, and what information was required. Highly recommended.

We were not disappointed, they suggested a good price for our property and unlike some other estate agents they secured it. The communication during the sale has been excellent and they have been proactive in managing our chain, which has been key in securing a positive outcome. We can not recommend them highly enough, big is not always better and the independents like Chambers can offer a more personal service. Nikki was exceptional in answering queries and ensuring all paperwork was signed and completed by both myself and the landlord. 22nd May 2026 (18 weeks ago)We are only Under offer at the time of writing this review and so there is some distance to go, but so far Rush Witt & Wilson have shown themselves to be been a united team of keen Estate Agents in the Hastings office that we believe are doing their best to market and sell our house. They have been open and honest about the strengths and weaknesses of our property and although we are disappointed that the sellers market is so flat in late May 2026, we think we can trust their advice to set the price at what the market will achieve. Ask us again after completion.

Our house has been on the market for not even two days and we’ve already had three viewings, which is absolutely fantastic!<br><br>From the very beginning, the whole team has been friendly, professional, helpful and incredibly supportive. 14th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I made an enquiry relating to the recent successful sale of my (non UK resident) brother's apartment by MIles & Barr's Birchington Office. It was for Capital Gains Tax purposes, and I was anticipating a laborious process, as with most things these days. My call was taken by Tom, a Senior Branch Manager, who explained what he could do. Within a very short time, he emailed the information requested, in the format required. I was very pleased with this rapid and efficient response for what was a 'non mainstream' question on a very hot August day. He is truly an asset to the business, so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We have used Miles & Barr for a number of transactions now and they have always been very successful.

Friendly, helpful, polite and always showed integrity. This was for a purchase, but I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them for sales also. 14th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Jules, Nathan, Ralf and the whole team worked tirelessly to sell my mother's home with multiple viewings right from the start, in stark contrast to a previous agent. These guys are everything you would want from a local agent; knowledgeable, engaging and proactive whilst working very much in a partnership approach. The sale proved to be somewhat challenging but the team maintained a solution-focused approach to everything and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
