21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)The team at Millers were helpful and prompt -- we would highly recommend them. They suggested a solicitor who, in turn, was also excellent. Millers were able to sell our house within a few weeks of putting it on the market with them.

7th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Extremely poor experience dealing with Hilton Estates.<br><br>Construction works at a neighbouring property resulted in roof tiles and building debris being left in the shared alleyway, which damaged my Ethernet cable and left my internet connection to my outhouse/office unusable.<br><br>I repeatedly contacted Hilton Estates about the issue and was repeatedly told that it would be dealt with. I was also told that a skip would be arranged to clear the debris. It ultimately took approximately one month for the alleyway to be cleared.<br><br>In the meantime, I had to take matters into my own hands and arrange the necessary repair to my damaged network connection. I have now paid £450 for the repair and installation work myself, as well as £96.95 for replacement equipment and materials, bringing my total costs to £546.95.<br><br>I have provided the relevant invoices, receipts and supporting evidence, yet despite the repair now being completed, I still have not received payment or clear confirmation that the £546.95 will be reimbursed.<br><br>There was also a telephone conversation in which reimbursement of the repair costs was discussed, which I have retained for my records.<br><br>While I acknowledge that the alleyway has now finally been cleared, taking approximately a month to resolve the issue and the continued failure to resolve the outstanding reimbursement are extremely disappointing.<br><br>The communication and handling of this matter have been poor throughout. I would strongly recommend keeping detailed records, photographs, invoices and written confirmation of any commitments when dealing with this company.
12th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!

We later then confirmed with the property and bill suggested us ideas and opinions with what to do next and made the process very easy. Thanks to Bill and the whole of KARWOOD properties.

All the girls worked hard and were very helpful I have recommended them to friends and relatives especially if you are older and find things a bit more difficult dealing with the internet and forms

They worked exceptionally hard right from the start to secure viewings quickly, and their communication was flawless. They were always quick to respond to our queries and genuinely kept us informed at all times with clear, honest updates.<br><br>What really stood out, however, was their continued dedication after the sale was agreed. They didn't just stop once the house was sold; they continued working behind the scenes, keeping us completely up to date with the ongoing progress right up until completion. Paul and George took over from our HA nominated estate agent (it was a shared ownership sale) and after 2 weeks with ace marketing and plenty of viewings we had a buyer. Their local knowledge really paid off. Communication was prompt and nothing was a bother for them throughout the sale process. Would recommend and certainly use again.

This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find.
