19th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)I think Ashton are more aimed at selling houses than flats/apartments. They contacted me once, right near the end of the contract. I had to call them to find out feedback and if viewings took place. This was a little disappointing.
9th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)I would strongly advise against using this agency. We had an offer accepted by a landlord and were sent the contract and all payment details late Friday afternoon. Interestingly, they don’t take holding deposits (claiming they "don't operate that way"), yet they expected us to sign and transfer a very large sum of money immediately without having our questions answered. By Monday morning, we had cleared all queries, completed references, and signed the contract. After being told to wait for the landlord's "green light" for several hours while we were ready to pay, we were suddenly told the landlord had accepted another identical offer. The excuse given was that the "market is competitive," which is a poor cover for unprofessionalism. They wasted our time, energy, and personal data. Avoid if you want a transparent or reliable process.
14th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)From the initial meeting/valuation through the viewings to the offer & sale process, David Conway provided a great service. Their on-line tools were really helpful monitoring progress. The staff were friendly, very considerate and helpful.

11th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)I viewed one of the property with their staff Telmo and when we liked the property them Telmo asked us if we can look after him and give him some money off the book he will forward our offer to landlord, which we didn’t so at the end he gave the property to someone else who viewed the property same time with us with lower price !! The Owner of the business needs to keep eye on him. I think he does that with everyone

20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can’t speak highly enough of Albert Grace Estate Agent. The professionalism, knowledge and honesty are very much appreciated and respected. They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

Their knowledge of the local area, access to the market and advice are second to none. Robyn was hugely helpful, professional and knowledgeable through all stages of the sale and purchase, and Jen was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping us rent a suitable property for the interim. If you are looking for a lovely home in Shepherds Bush, you need look no further.

Emily and her team were exceptional and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. It really does make all the difference to deal with consummate professionals! For the discerning buyer/seller - I would have no hesitation whatsoever in using Batcheller Monkhouse. ??????

It really felt like we were on the house selling journey with “friends” who really cared. This continued with Tamsin who was brilliant with sales progression through to the end The whole team went above and beyond. We felt reassured and supported throughout and would definitely recommend. 15th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)People say that moving house is in the top 3 of most stressful things you can go through. Modern thinking has thankfully come up with methods to counteract and reduce stress in our lives. Deep breathing, yoga, music etc all help however for your home move the only thing you need is KATIE from Strutt Parker. Our journey started a few years back with a friendly and professional visit from the SP team. Despite being at the lower end of the market we were very impressed with the advice and services offered and despite a volatile market a buyer was found. Unfortunately due to bad survey we were forced to pull out of our purchase and subsequently our chain collapsed despite the best efforts from Katie. Despite the massive disappointment Katie was so supportive and understanding of the situation. There was no question of who we would call when we were ready to market again. 18 months later Katie was again amazing when we called and a pragmatic and honest conversation about the market was had and we were back on. Despite the market, we found ourselves with 3 offers within days and the advice and understanding of our views and thinking was evident in Katie when deciding which option to take. Katie managed the sale with professionalism and determination and got us through the process with speed, efficiency and understanding. We highly recommend Katie to manage your next house sale.

9th Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)I am disgusted by the way [Cranbrook letting Ltd] treats people. We viewed a property and were explicitly told by the agent that the house was ours and we could proceed with the rental. We started making plans and stopped looking at other places based on their word. ?However, shortly after, they went behind our backs and gave the house to someone else without a word of explanation. This level of dishonesty is appalling. ?To make matters worse, the stress and disappointment caused by this agency's lies literally made my mother sick. We spent time, energy, and hope on this, only to be treated like we didn't matter. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and have zero compassion for the families they deal with. On meeting Hani and Elizabeth, we were immediately impressed with their knowledge of the local market and their genuine warmth, friendliness and down to earth approach. Communication was great throughout, with no unnecessary chasing , as is often the case with other agents. The photo brochure prepared certainly showed our property to its best advantage. All viewings were accompanied by Elizabeth or Hani, who were always punctual. All in all, we received a first class service, and would recommend without hesitation to anyone selling a property in the area.

25th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very happy sellers! Dale provided excellent service and expertise at valuation. We went on the market at a difficult time in 2025. Speculation and uncertainty around the budget made for a difficult few months with no viewings. But, the week of the budget we had our first viewing with Beth and they offered the same day. We had a problematic chain, but both Beth and Dale both kept us up to date with progress and although it took a while, we have just successfully completed. The newest member of the team, Ben, communicated efficiently at exchange and completion and I'm sure will be a valuable member of the Bonners and Babingtons team.
