A special mention goes to Amber Middleditch, who was exceptional from start to finish. Her professionalism, communication, and continuous support made the entire journey much smoother and less stressful. She was always available to help, provide updates, and guide me through every stage of the purchase. I would also like to thank Josh Cassidy, the Sales Negotiator who initially showed me the property. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful from the very beginning, helping me find the right home. The whole Bushey team was excellent—professional, responsive, and committed to delivering a great customer experience. She was incredibly patient, professional, and always kept communication open between myself and the seller throughout the entire process. There were several challenges along the way, but Katie remained supportive, proactive, and determined to find solutions. No matter the obstacles, she kept everyone informed, chased things when needed, and made sure the process kept moving forward. Her regular updates and reassurance made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier to manage. Thanks to Katie’s dedication, persistence, and hard work, we got there in the end. I am so grateful for all her support and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you, Katie ?? you made purchasing my first home so smooth!!

More or less 0 communication from them.Do not let your property with them, as soon as they sign you up, they don't care about you (landlord) they only care in collecting they'r cut . They are not interested in doing property chec ups, etc.... really really terrible evil people at that branch.

The team are professional, responsive and clearly knowledgeable about the local market. Fawaz has been excellent in managing the process from start to finish, always keeping me informed and offering practical advice when needed. Bridie has also been incredibly helpful, ensuring everything runs smoothly and dealing with queries promptly and efficiently. Laura has been equally supportive, demonstrating great attention to detail and providing clear communication at every stage. As a landlord, it is reassuring to have such a reliable and proactive team handling my property. They take the stress out of lettings and give me confidence that everything is being managed properly. 5th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I’m writing this after more than a year with MK Property and their subsidiary, Venture Residential, and the experience has grown genuinely positive over time. It took me a little while to settle into their way of working — emails, the repair portal, the accounts portal — especially as I was used to a single point of contact. But once I adjusted, everything became much easier. The team has been consistently kind, responsive, and reassuring. They keep me informed about any changes or issues with the property and take the stress of day?to?day management off my shoulders. A special mention to Julia, Kevin, and Sandeep, who have each been wonderfully supportive in their roles. I’m very comfortable recommending them.

Not only does she respond promptly almost every time I need to contact her, she also shows an understanding towards how the few different issues (maintenance) impact me in an emotional and psychological manner. I have several diagnoses which can affect my daily living and independence so not feeling judged and having difficulties acknowledged / issues resolved as promptly as possible is a need for me. Kodie always liaises with the Landlord and tries to ensure that I'm kept in the loop, where I can be. She always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I have and reassures me that she, (and the agency) are there should anything be needed. Her customer service, care and understanding of the individual she's communicating with and working with is excellent. Thank you :)
15th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)From the outset Leaders were extremely helpful and supportive. Kept me informed of progress and helpfully led me through all I had to undertake. The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house. I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.
4th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!
