Their outstanding knowledge of property in general and the local market in particular, meant that they provided us with superb professional advice as well as being incredibly kind and caring throughout. 15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a great experience buying with Knight Frank! The completion process was super fast, less than 2.5 months after my first viewing. My estate agent Emmie was lovely, she was on top of everything the whole time and really got things done quickly.
21st May 2026 (29 days ago)We have owned a flat in West Hampstead for over twenty years and Parkheath have been most efficient in finding suitable tenants. We have just sold the flat, again with Parkheath. It has been a protracted and complicated process but a successful one. In the last few weeks our agent, Jason Laanda, has been especially good and helpful at keeping communications going between buyer and seller and smoothing out last-minute difficulties. I can highly recommend Parkheath for their general professionalism and in particular Jason for his customer care.

All the Staff were very professional and we were provided with excellent customer service throughout; Sam deserves special mention. Once we had received an offer we could accept, Donna went way beyond what we could have expected. Our purchase was a private transaction so our seller wasn't using an Estate Agent. Donna effectively covered that base as well and we believe, by keeping things moving with both firms of solicitors, she enabled us to buy the flat of our dreams! We are so thankful and would firmly recommend Maslen!

I had excellent relationships with the office and found them to be professional and courteous. The Basingstoke team is very hard working, they persevere through challenges and maintain excellent communication throughout. I can’t fault their value for money or customer service. I’d like to thank them for all their support.

Throughout two decades, their service has been exceptional, built on a foundation of open, clear, and honest communication. Where Walmsley truly shines is when things don’t go exactly to plan, this we have seen from both the lettings and sales teams. Their active management, perseverance, and problem-solving skills during the sales process were outstanding. I genuinely believe that without their dedication and proactive approach, we wouldn't have reached completion when we did. They are thoroughly professional, completely trustworthy, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

17th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)They didn’t sell my house. I had to pull them off and go for a PTX as they began to give me anxiety. They didn’t keep me up to date and when it came to speaking to my PTX company they gave inaccurate information which affected my valuation. They seem like lovely people but I don’t think I will recommend them to anyone as there were just too many issues that I felt I didn’t have to deal with.

15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Can't fault James and Joe at Foxtons! As first time sellers, Foxtons weren't our first choice estate agents, having been told local ones would be our best option. After no luck and generating little interest for over a year, we shifted to Foxtons in the hope that their market outreach might work and it instantly did. Joe and James were great from day one. They helped to generate plenty of interest, were extremely responsive and always happy to help us. As first time sellers, they stepped us through everything clearly and kept the pressure on our buyer. Would highly recommend!
