11th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Grant and the team at Hamptons St Albans did a fantastic job helping us sell our dad’s flat after he passed away. They were thoughtful, professional and gave us really useful advice throughout the process, particularly when it came to assessing the different offers we received.<br><br>They were also excellent at communicating with the buyers and keeping everything moving, which made the whole process much easier for us. On top of that, we were very happy with the rate they offered us.<br><br>A really good experience from start to finish, and we’d happily recommend Grant and the team.

5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Ruby was fantastic from start to finish with our property search. She was available for questions and was always communicative with both ourselves (buyers) and the sellers. We knew where both sides stood the full time. Albeit a painfully slow purchase (due to conveyancer-based circumstances, outside of Curchods control), Ruby remained helpful throughout.
26th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)After no reply and us chasing for a month and not getting callbacks when we were told we would ( 7 times ), we get the most unapologetic email back from assistant lettings manager. It just makes one feel treated like dogs who are begging for the simplest professional treatment. I had to insist and insist on one last phone call to say how worried we were, and that we didn’t mind coming to the branch in person if it helped, in order to be taken seriously.<br><br>We really hope that other SF tenants who have been put in the hands of the assistant letting manager in question will receive better and more humane support.

Our agent, Dom, was fantastic, always reachable, super friendly, and quick to clear up any questions we had along the way. Couldn't recommend them enough!
29th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Worst agency ever.I left property in may and still Didnt get my deposit back from them Sayem was the first one who gave me property it was in bad condition and later on landlord tried to take all the deposit money for Things he never provided.<br>Checkin inventory doesnt open but yes they will make sure checkout inventory opens lol worst agency please dont go through them unless people are changed.

18th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Very disappointing start to the tenancy<br><br>I’ve been in the property for less than a month and have already had a very disappointing experience with the way repairs are being handled.<br><br>The kitchen tap has now been broken for over two weeks. Every time I use it, it floods water across the kitchen worktop, and the tap becomes extremely hot. I’ve actually been burning my hand having to push it down, even when using a tea towel.<br><br>A plumber has already attended and told me that it was a quick job and that they were happy to repair it there and then. However, they were unable to do so without approval. That was over two weeks ago, and I am still waiting for the repair to be authorised and completed.<br><br>I have emailed and called numerous times to chase this, yet I have received little to no communication or meaningful update. For something that presents both a potential water-damage issue and a genuine health and safety concern, I would expect it to be dealt with far more promptly.<br><br>Not a great start to the tenancy, and I would have expected much better communication and a more proactive approach to dealing with what should be a relatively straightforward repair.<br><br>*UPDATE finally got through on the phone, only to be told that my property manager had left and no one thought to tell me this after two weeks? I was then also told by Victoria that no quote had even been received, so Vijay, the property manager, clearly lied to me when he told me a quote had been received. Victoria was also rude and spoke to me abruptly. Anyone would think it was her that was affected, not me, the paying tenant. I have now been left chasing this for weeks with conflicting information and no proper communication. If this still isn’t resolved, I will be contacting the landlord directly, as advised by Shelter.

He was proactive in reaching out, provided a clear strategy to sell my flat (as well as highlighting what could be improved based on his first impressions), and reassured me of Foxton’s strengths, extensive pool of potential buyers and offer. I was also impressed by Richard’s knowledge of the local area and the wider factors influencing the property sector which Richard translated into a local sales strategy for my flat sale.
