What stood out most was that she actually listened to my requirements, even though I was being very picky, and only showed me places that genuinely fit what I was after. She was always happy to answer my questions, however many I had, which made the whole process feel easy. I'd definitely recommend her to any of my family and friends.

He had all the information we needed and chased anything down that he wasn't sure of. The communication was consistent so we were constantly updated, and if we needed anything he would chase it up for us. Quite a rare experience! The whole process was enjoyable and we even received a gift as a house warming. If you are selling and you need an agent, choose Curchods. If you're buying, hope that the place is listed with Curchods.

We have just sold our house via the Benfleet office.<br>We purchased this property via them 8 years ago and returned to sell it 8 years later.<br>Fantastic service from start to finish. From our initial meeting and valuation with Darren to exchange/completion stages with Stephanie everything was seamless.<br>Great communication throughout, never had a problem getting in contact, always answer your calls and always provided updates/regular feedback.<br>All staff were polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very quick to arrange/confirm viewings and provide feedback. Anita, Denise and Alex always on hand.<br>Stephanie was great helping us to get to the exchange stage, helping chase solicitors and provide updates.<br>Thank you so much; such a lovely team

Throughout the entire process Westley was incredibly professional, proactive and always available to offer support and updates.<br><br>When our original buyer pulled out Westley handled the situation brilliantly, working tirelessly to find a way forward and keep the chain moving. His communication was excellent and he was always available when we needed him.<br><br>What could have been a very stressful experience was made significantly easier thanks to his dedication and hard work. He genuinely went above and beyond to get everything over the line.<br><br>We couldn’t recommend Westley and Morgan Alexander highly enough

We could have lost 10k due to this. Other communication errors throughout the selling process gave us concern and we didn’t have the best experience with their recommended solicitor either.
11th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)My experience with Easymove was good until I was given the wrong keys to my newly purchased property. Things got worse when Mirjaan tried to convince me that they were the right keys and asked me to find a way to get into the property without them which was very unprofessional thing to suggest. After two stressful days, he finally gave me the correct keys, but without any explanation of what had happened. Unfortunately, for this reason, I would not recommend Easymove to anyone.
