4th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. Both the purchase team and the lettings team have been extremely sincere, friendly, professional and responsible.<br>When I needed to move out and let the property this September, Hamilton Chase provided me with tremendous assistance. I had left belongings in the flat which was in a state of chaos, they found the right people helping me clear it out, enabling me to move out as planned. Without them, things would never have gone so smoothly.<br>Having worked with Hamilton Chase for many years, I believe they are an excellent estate agent that truly has their clients’ best interests at heart. Wasted two months in referencing process for letting a small room in a shared house. asking for NI number , bank statements, and bank details of the whole family for renting.<br>I will never recommend this estate agent to anyone for renting or buying a property .

From the initial valuation right through to completion, they were professional, friendly and always happy to help.<br><br>Communication was excellent, we were kept updated throughout, and any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly.<br><br>We really appreciated their support, patience and dedication in getting the sale over the line. 10th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)The manager Gavie carried out a valuation at my mother’s property and unfortunately the experience was far from professional. Myself and my mother found his manner rude and dismissive, which was particularly disappointing given that this was an important and stressful decision for my mother.<br><br>I also didn’t feel that he demonstrated the level of knowledge you would expect from someone in his position. We were left with very little confidence in the advice being given, he significantly under valued the property.<br><br>It is important to note we had the property valued by another local agent a couple of days later (which took my mother a lot of convincing after this experience) who valued the property at a price we believed fit the property and they brought us multiple offers within the first month and we completed yesterday!<br><br>If you do chose to get a valuation from this agent, I would STRONGLY advise to get a second opinion.

Will gave me information for both sales and lettings as I was not sure what I wanted to do at first. They were always willing to help when I had questions. Alex came round to view the property and was really helpful – explained the whole vetting process properly, gave me great advice, and went through the different options without any pressure. Rose was brilliant behind the scenes too, kept me updated on what I needed and always got back to me quickly whenever I had a question. Both of them made the whole thing feel straightforward and I felt comfortable dealing with them throughout. Would definitely recommend.
