Moving house can be an important and sometimes complex process, and his support helped make everything much easier and more organised for us.<br><br>We would also like to thank Aysha and Haydar for their excellent support during the pre-tenancy and contracting stages. They were always helpful, responsive and professional.<br><br>We felt very well looked after throughout the process and would happily recommend Winkworth Hackney.

He makes way to solve any issue that will be in the way of achieving completion, he is reliable, professional and really just makes things happen. He looks on all possible routes to sell. Les and his team were excellent at giving us advice, providing feedback from all the viewings and keeping us informed of progress. Despite a difficult housing market we managed to successfully complete the sale of the property. I would recommend them.

She communicated regularly, always explained where things stood and what needed to happen next, and was incredibly proactive, working with every solicitor in the chain to keep things moving.<br><br>There were several moments when it looked like everything might fall apart, but Melanie kept a cool head and made sure the chain didn’t collapse. Honestly, without her and the tremendous effort she put in, I don’t think we would have exchanged. If you’re buying or selling with Bridges, you’re in very safe hands with Melanie. Thank you!

21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I have known Ward & partners as it was known then when I was a nipper wearing shorts ??????<br>So for me it was natural that I would use a long standing and well recognised established estate agent ??????<br>We started the process in March 2026, Wards done their thing, exactly what there expertise is, selling houses. It's now nearing the end of October 2026 and I'm pleased to say it's been sold.<br>Everything has gone smoothly with very little hiccups.<br>All the team at Wards have been absolutely lovely, especially Judy who has given me updates and necessary information as and when.<br>I would whole heartedly recommend Wards if you need to sell your property, they don't hang around ??????

They are very prepared and very knowledgable on the properties they are marketing (Viv, who is excellent). Also they really do know their market and local area. Have a lot of confidence that Hellards will find the house of our dreams!

We were selling a property, having had no success with a previous agent. From the outset everyone was professional, direct, easy to deal with and reliable in their approach. All questions were responded to quickly and the process felt calm at all stages, even when there were the inevitable sticky moments that will happen with this kind of process. We not only sold our property with them, but bought our onward property too, and in both cases, the experience was easy, efficient and as smooth as buying a property could be. The thing that stood out though, was the level of communication. We always knew what was going on, and because they used WhatsApp, communication between us and the team was easy and convenient.<br><br>Would highly recommend Wellington Evans. There is clearly a good reason why you'll see their boards everywhere in Hitchin!

She helped progress the purchase along and linked me up with the in house mortgage advisor, Jinesh, who was also hugely helpful. Recommend them to anybody looking to buy in Brighton.
