From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. From the outset, Simone and her team Jenny and Ellie were attentive, receptive and incredibly accommodating.<br>The marketing was outstanding. The professional photography, virtual staging and beautifully written property description showcased the home perfectly. Thanks to your expertise, the rental price achieved was well above any previously reached locally, and you secured the full asking price.<br>I appreciated the thorough and meticulous checks carried out on me as the landlord at the start, as well as on all prospective tenants. Being able to meet the tenants personally before finalising the tenancy was also invaluable.<br>Viewings were organised promptly and handled with professionalism and courtesy. I received regular, detailed feedback after each viewing, and communication throughout was always polite, prompt and proactive.<br>Once the ideal tenants were found, the referencing, documentation and final steps were managed with thoroughness an attention to detail.<br>Overall, the service provided was personal, outstanding, and truly exceptional. From the very first viewing through to exchange, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with — knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely invested in making the process as smooth as possible. Adeline always made sure we had exactly the information we needed, when we needed it. She was quick to respond, incredibly supportive when challenges arose, and consistently made us feel that we were in safe hands. We are delighted with the purchase of our new home and a large part of that is down to the experience Adeline gave us throughout.

I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

Lewis Wood who dealt with our viewings was extremely helpful and professional and when we did decide not to proceed he was very understanding and empathetic. Very impressed with the whole experience. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive to any questions or emails throughout the process. We successfully secured a rental property, and from an impromptu viewing to collecting the keys, the entire process took just two weeks. Their efficiency, responsiveness, and genuine friendliness were refreshing in the current market and made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and enjoyable. I'd like to give all the members of the team at Winkworth Surbiton a shout out with Ryan in particular who had assisted us during the whole process. He is a true professional who excels at what he does and is a credit to the company! Every step of the way he was reassuring from showing us around the property, answering questions, displaying knowledge of the area and providing us with updates on the property.

I have been looking for a place for so long and she managed to find me the perfect one bedroom apartment, she knows I have been fussy however there hasn't been much on the market recently and once I got the call she guided me through the whole process from start to finish I could not thank her enough and would recommend anyone who is looking please go to her! great estate agents to work with would recommend
2nd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this letting agency. Rent payments are consistently delayed, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. In addition, various charges have been applied without adequate explanation or transparency, leaving me feeling that fees are being imposed arbitrarily. Communication has also been very poor. Emails and queries often go unanswered, and it is difficult to obtain clear information regarding payments, charges, or the management of my property. As a landlord, I expect professionalism, transparency, and timely communication, none of which have been consistently demonstrated. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this agency to other landlords seeking reliable property management services.

Ours was a complex transaction involving difficult negotiations and plenty of emotional pressure at times, but Nick handled the entire process with professionalism, calmness and excellent judgement throughout. He played a pivotal role in achieving a fantastic sale price for our property and keeping the transaction moving when several points could easily have stalled. His communication was excellent and he managed both the commercial and human side of the process extremely well. The back-office team also deserve huge credit — responsive, organised and always helpful. Having now completed and moved into our new home, I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Nick and the team at Wellington Evans.
