He has always been very responsive, very good at communicating with us, and extremely professional. He went above and beyond, to the point that he got us our buyers when we had finalised our contract with Acorn 1 month before. After all the struggles, we have finally exchanged. And wholeheartedly, this wouldn't have been possible without Harrison White. superb!!! thank you again!

Communication was always professional, friendly, and efficient, and Nathan was especially helpful with arranging viewings, answering questions, and keeping me updated throughout the process. The whole experience was handled smoothly and made far less stressful thanks to their support. I would definitely recommend Hamptons to others looking to rent.

Jemelia was very helpful and present from the initial visit throughout the contracting phase, while Justice always answered my questions on the paperwork and admin stuff very thoroughly. Would really recommend their services!

I was nervous about the process of buying a house, having never done it before, but a particular shoutout to Phil who kept me up to date with everything the whole time, was full of advice and just generally made the process from start to finish a complete breeze for me. Thank you for everything - would 100% recommend these guys!

I came across the process with several viewings together with Sales Negotiator Bailey, he is professional, always at the property before scheduled time, gave us suggestions with useful information to our questions.

Although following excellent marketing I received a very quick offer, the sale ultimately took seven months due to the complexities of a probate and leasehold transaction. Throughout what was often an emotional, stressful and frustrating experience, the professionalism, communication, care and support shown by Scott and his team was absolutely exemplary. I was kept regularly updated at every stage, and when communication from solicitors was lacking, the team proactively chased matters and dealt directly with them on my behalf to keep the process moving. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they genuinely went above and beyond from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough for their patience, dedication and truly outstanding service during a very difficult time. I would recommend Benjamin Stevens without hesitation to anyone looking for an estate agent who is transparent and truly cares about their clients

He made himself available for viewings at convenient times and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. What really stood out was how efficient he was in providing all the necessary documentation, keeping everything smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he’s genuinely friendly and approachable, which made the whole process feel much more comfortable. Mykie was also very transparent throughout, which I really appreciated—it gave me full confidence at every stage. Overall, a great experience and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and personable agent.

12th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Hat & Home were great. I ended up seeing maybe a couple of properties with Hat & Home, I didn't end up buying a property through them but I would highly recommend them. For me what made the difference was that (unlike a lot of Estate Agents in the area) they actually listened to me and understood what it was that I was looking rather than just sending me every property in their list. Alice & Anisa were friendly & professional throughout & the next time I search for a property I'll definitely be reaching out to Hat & Home.

18th Jun 2026 (3 days ago)We found Bernard’s to be a very efficient and professional team. They quickly organised placing the property on RightMove including the photographer and measuring the house. James and Angela worked hard at getting to know the house and had an excellent rapport and enthusiasm with potential buyers. We cannot praise them enough and we have already recommended Bernard’s to friends and will continue to do so.
