I have had dealings with Hamptons for quite a few years and always received good service.<br>Lately a very sensitive situation developed, coming from other sources, which needed extra tact and diplomacy and Katie proved to be the perfect person, helping to resolve the matter fairly and easily.

Our application involved some challenges, particularly while we were trying to arrange a guarantor, but Mia remained patient and supportive throughout the entire process.She communicated with us consistently and kept us informed at every stage, which made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more manageable.<br><br>Mia was always approachable, professional and willing to answer our questions. She made sure we understood where we were with our application and kept us updated until everything was successfully completed.<br><br>When it came time to collect the keys, Mia continued to demonstrate the same level of professionalism and kindness. The support we received every step of the way made what can be a difficult time feel simple and completely stress-free. Leone, Mark, and the rest of the team kept us fully informed throughout and were always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their extensive knowledge of the local area was a massive advantage, successfully turning unsure viewers into final purchasers. I cannot recommend their estate agency highly enough. Five stars!

She was so lovely to speak to and made the whole process less intimidating for a first time buyer. No question was a stupid question and it felt like talking to a friend. Highly recommend

5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have contracted them to sell my one-bedroom flat in North Acton. After previous agency failed to secure a sale I contracted Marsh and Parsons. They valued my flat more acurately, not inflating the price as previous agency done. They seemed to be more proactive and informative, but when I was present at some of the viewings I was surprised how disintersted the agent who accompanied the viewer was. As if they did not care. Also was supprised by some of the feedback from viewers sent by agency. My flat is on 2nd floor, yet one viewer wanted to buy to rent to family of four. ( reminder, it is 1 bedroom). Another apparently said in feedback that flat was too small for her, because if she starts a family she would want to put an extension.( Farsical as it is a second floor flat so the extension could be on stilts). I was surprised that agency did not give the potential viewers all the details. BUt was accepting time wasters. I am very disappointed with the services. Only good thing was the communication about viewings and feedback, however silly, which I did not have from previous agents.

Even when things haven’t been great with our purchase through another agent Jack was on hand to assist. If you are looking for an Estate Agent, then I would highly recommend Mansell McTaggart.

26th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We worked with this so called ,, senior negotiator ,, Chloe , while trying to purchase a property. Throughout the process, the negotiation tactics were highly aggressive & lacked transparency. Chloe pressured us to increase our offer by claiming there were multiple higher bids, but refused to provide clear timeline updates or confirm when our conditions were presented to the vendor. Due to this lack of communication and high-pressure environment, we withdrew our interest. I would not recommend using this agency if you value transparency or professional service.<br>Lacked communication & honesty. Time wasting .<br>Avoid at all costs.

In all capacities, I have been very happy with the service that the team have provided, their communication and reasonable pricing. Nothing was ever a problem and everything was done thoroughly to a high standard so I could trust they did a great job whilst I lived away and then overseas. Thank you team!

Tried to unsubscribe five times but you get a pop up saying ‘something went wrong’. Phone up and ask to get removed from the mail list, yet continue to get junk emails.
