We have now sold the property through them and the sale process was smooth. We are happy to reccomend them.

31st May 2024 (2 years ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!

2nd Sep 2026 (18 days ago)As a 23 year old who as never bought a property before I was full of anxiety and thought I was definitely going to have a nervous breakdown until I met Poppy I went into my appointment knowing nothing about mortgages and came out feeling like I knew everything (I didn't but felt like I did) the way Poppy went through it and explained it me as a complete novice was so much appreciated. Such a lovely helpful person and a very patient and reassuring person in my times of panic. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Poppy.

James sold us our house 10 years ago and after talking to a few agents, we knew Cridlands were the right people to manage our sale. Despite a bit of a difficult and frustrating market, James kept us sane with good advice on the state of the market, recommendations for strategy and when we needed to be realistic on price.<br><br>His experience and skill were very valuable in helping us manage the process from accepting an offer to completion -his regular communications with (and chasing of) all parties smoothed the process and kept things moving. Given we were selling an old listed property there were inevitably queries and James helped us, and other parties, navigate and work through these in a pragmatic way and focus on those that were actually of concern to the buyer.<br><br>James and the team are a pleasure to deal with and we have had some very entertaining discussions along the way, thank you Cridland and Co!
26th May 2026 (17 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills- 6th Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)I had a really great recent experience with using Connells, specifically Ali as my mortgage advisor. My buying process wasn't straight forward but she was always on hand to answer questions and reassure me. This is especially great as a first time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming but Ali was amazing every step of the way! 10/10 would recommend to anyone currently looking to buy.

During and incredibly difficult time in my life Suzie made the whole process of moving house as stress free as humanly possible! Very knowledgeable, particularly of the local area. He provided a realistic valuation, provide a swift marketing service, having gone live on Monday, with two viewings within 24 hours and several scheduled for that week, both initial viewings yielded offers, one of which was at the full asking price. Property sold subject to contract as at 30 May 2026 I would highly recommend Charlton Grace, Mark has provided a bespoke/specialised service with clear communication and professionalism all at a very competitive agency rate, excellent job to date. We recently sold our property in Golders Green through them and were really pleased with the service we received from start to finish.<br><br>Richard was incredibly helpful throughout the process and, when we ran into an unexpected complication during the sale, he was always on hand to offer advice, get involved where needed and used his knowledge and local connections to help move things along. His experience of the local market really showed and it was reassuring to have him involved throughout the sale.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to use Houseman & Holmes again and would happily recommend Richard and the team to friends and family.
