15th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Here is a brief outline of the goings one which happened while the property was still under my ownership. 1 The keys to the property were given out on an adhoc basis to various trades employed by the potential new owners. 2 Potential new owners demolished part of the property 3 Potential new owners started decorating the property 4 Potential new owners gained access to the property without my approval on various occasions All in all a pretty pi## poor performance all round, when I emailed my complaint, never heard a word back , I strongly suspect the email never made it to the bosses in box or he/she didn't give a toss

The whole team have been amazing and genuinely do look after you throughout the process. I had previously tried Wye and Ford and Partners and the difference is night and day. I really wouldn’t bother with the others as they failed to deliver on several counts. I had many promises and assurances from other estate agents but Robertsons was the only one that delivered. Many thanks.

She found us a home that ticked every one of our boxes, and was always there to answer questions, which was a challenge sometimes as we were 3000 miles away. On both occasions call-backs were promised but never happened. It seems they can afford to turn away potential clients and business. We will now use other agents.

13th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We recently dealt with Cassidy & Tate in St Albans (specifically Lucie) during the purchase process for a property. We submitted three offers, all of which were ultimately rejected, which in itself is not the issue. The concern is the communication style and overall handling of the sales process. After our viewing, I was the one who followed up to express our interest in making an offer, rather than receiving any proactive follow-up call. From that point onwards, communication was conducted entirely via email with no telephone contact at any stage. On multiple occasions, we asked whether our position could be communicated directly to the vendors by phone, particularly as we are first-time buyers with no chain and the property required significant renovations. However, we were told that communication with the vendors was also being handled via email rather than direct telephone discussion. Even when we increased our offer and specifically requested that our position be verbally communicated to the vendors to help properly present our circumstances, we continued to receive email responses confirming rejection, without any direct conversation taking place. Overall, the process felt very passive in terms of sales approach and negotiation. In our experience, there was no telephone-based engagement or active selling of our position to the vendors, which is something we would typically expect from an estate agent acting in a sales capacity. While we appreciate that offers are not always accepted, we were disappointed with the lack of proactive communication and the absence of any real attempt to progress negotiations beyond email exchanges. We will actively try to avoid purchasing a future property through Cassidy & Tate going forward.

He is super fast to reply, highly responsible, and always friendly and easy to talk to. Faruq truly goes above and beyond for his clients, extending his support whenever needed and always giving us reassurance along the way. I’ve got to say she was amazing throughout the whole process and we did have a difficult and extremely tight deadline. She kept us in the loop throughout the process and pushed all the solicitors! Even our Estate agent our end said she was fantastic! Thank you Bernadette for all your help and support and I would highly recommend you in the future.
17th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)After years of using the big established estate agents and never been completely satisfied I decided to try a local independent estate agent Grafton and I’m glad I did,right the start Tariq the owner was on the ball keeping me informed offering sound advice and always on the end of the phone if I had something I needed to discuss,something that rarely happens with the bigger estate agents,Grafton are now managing my flat and I would definitely recommend them if your buying,selling or renting
