17th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Go out of your way to avoid this agency, we have been landed with the landlord from hell who has painted over mould, left us without a working shower and let themself into the property without any notice.<br><br>Although this is not the agency's fault, it shows there is no vetting process in place before they take on clients. As well as that, they have been zero help in aiding us in contacting our landlord who we simply cannot get hold of and may have vanished off the face of the earth for all we know. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Selling or buying the market can be tricky but they went above and beyond to ensure everyone involved – the buyer and the solicitors – played ball. They made sure nothing was too much trouble and their communication throughout was excellent. I couldn’t be more impressed and grateful for their Stirling efforts.

15th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Here is a brief outline of the goings one which happened while the property was still under my ownership. 1 The keys to the property were given out on an adhoc basis to various trades employed by the potential new owners. 2 Potential new owners demolished part of the property 3 Potential new owners started decorating the property 4 Potential new owners gained access to the property without my approval on various occasions All in all a pretty pi## poor performance all round, when I emailed my complaint, never heard a word back , I strongly suspect the email never made it to the bosses in box or he/she didn't give a toss

She was always available to answer our questions, kept us updated, and went above and beyond to help make what could have been a stressful experience much easier for us.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we really appreciated her guidance and support. She made us feel confident and reassured at every stage, and we are very grateful for everything she did to help us complete the purchase of our first home.<br><br>We would also like to say a huge thank you to Danielle, the mortgage advisor, for all her help in arranging our mortgage. She was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the mortgage process, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process much easier for us.<br><br>We would also like to thank Kevin, the manager, for all his support behind the scenes and for creating and leading such a fantastic team. Later when the prior sell fell through, he was quick to chase up with us. And now we're delighted to be moving into our forever home. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Before buying this house, I had tried to purchase a property through another estate agency, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing and I didn’t feel supported or helped at all.<br><br>This time, the experience was completely different. The estate agency was fantastic from start to finish, and David in particular was absolutely brilliant. He was professional, friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Buying a house can be a stressful experience, but having someone like David who is genuinely helpful and supportive makes such a huge difference. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and very grateful for all his help in getting me into my new home.<br><br>Fantastic estate agency and excellent service. He was always professional, friendly and incredibly responsive, replying to emails and messages very quickly and answering all of my questions clearly. He kept me updated at every stage, which made the whole process much less stressful.<br>I particularly appreciated how proactive he was in helping the transaction progress. He regularly chased the seller's solicitor and other parties involved to help ensure we completed on time, which I really appreciated. His communication, efficiency and willingness to help made a big difference throughout the process.<br>It was a pleasure working with William, and I would highly recommend him and the John Payne team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

She was informative, approachable and extremely efficient, keeping us updated throughout and liaising brilliantly between us and the sellers. Her responses were always quick and precise, and the level of service she provided was exceptional. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sally and Mint Homes.
