22nd Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Hawks, in particular Jasmine, was fantastic. I bought the second flat I viewed. Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.- 14th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Quick visit when passing through Winchester, George kindly provided a brochure on a house that was suitable. Just the initial first impression and service spoke volumes. Highly recommend.

I have had the complication of being in Hertfordshire selling my sister's property in Brighton. This has been handled well so far .

He is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer all our questions. 2nd Jun 2026 (23 days ago)Essential in selling our property. Were very knowledgeable and truthful. They focussed on sending round the right people rather than the number of people they sent round. Felt like they really believed in my property and worked hard on selling it during a difficult period. During conveyancing they have a specific department for helping people with that part. They were always willing to speak and answer questions and liaised with all the other estate agents and solicitors. As such, I think our conveyancing was quite a quick one. Although we worked mainly with Joanna and Amy, we could contact anyone within the Thorpe Bay branch and get answers. They even assist after the sale.
22nd May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We rented through them for 6+ years so know them well. Apart from Sue who worked in there Crawley office I would not trust them to rent out my dog house. Absolutely a nightmare.
27th May 2025 (1 year ago)I'd needed to make a claim (upheld by the Property Ombudsman) against another local estate agent, who had dragged out and delayed this 2019-20 (probate) sale, in order to favour their buyer. After the above delay and attendant loss of several potential buyers was stopped in its tracks, with Miles & Barr being appointed to clear up the mess, they delivered a sale (and with yet more delays around the rent-a-roof solar panels installed by our parents - but they got there in the end), albeit at a lower price than we'd initially hoped for.

She has been amazing throughout the whole process and as our dedicated sales progressor she has been able to keep everything moving, stepping in where necessary in order to minimise any delays proactively liaising with all parties concerned. Her willingness to help, great communication skills and empathy and kindness in what is a very stressful time has been greatly appreciated. A real asset to the amazing team.

Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.

Shanique took the time to truly understand our needs and, impressively, came up with feasible and well-matched options in a very short time. This made the entire experience not only efficient but genuinely enjoyable. What stood out most was how relaxed and comfortable the whole viewing process felt. Shanique wasn’t just showing us properties — she gave us a comprehensive understanding of the surrounding area as well. She thoughtfully introduced us to nearby facilities such as gyms, swimming pools, and other local amenities that are essential for our future lifestyle. Her attention to detail and local knowledge were outstanding and incredibly helpful. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and thoroughly impressed by her service. She quickly understood my housing requirements. She suggested a property to me which I subsequently viewed with her and have just had an offer accepted on ??????.
