From the initial consultation, where local property values were clearly explained and a realistic selling price established, right through to completion.<br>BOP were very proactive in ensuring the selling process ran smoothly, and were always on hand to offer help and advice, as well as going above and beyond in dealing with our and our buyers' legal representatives to help iron out the inevitable issues that arose along the way.<br>By far and away the best experience I have had with an estate agent.
22nd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)We 100% recommend Matt and the Mitchells team in Highcliffe. Mid-January Matt visited to take photos etc of our home, it was quickly on the market, and by early February they had introduced us to our buyer. Contracts exchanged end April and a smooth completion followed. Throughout Matt, Kalise and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with and made things very straightforward for us. We had first made contact last autumn, being clear that our potential move wouldn't be until 2026. We were both impressed by the friendly professionalism at that time, so had no hesitation in choosing Mitchells when we were ready to go ahead. Now very happy we did so!

We were so impressed with his knowledge and perception at the valuation appointment and, glad to say, our faith in him and the team was fully justified.<br>We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone either buying or selling. They made what can be a stressful situation so much easier.

Emily showed us around the property, answered all questions we had and anything she was unsure of she said she would find out and get back to us - which she did! I have communicated with Emily through both email and via phone, communication has been easy, and she has always responded timely in a professional manner. I can absolutely recommend Emily (especially) and Robin King to any individuals looking for a new home- we have found our dream place through them and enjoyed the process considerably!

They sold my flat within a matter of weeks, they were quick and efficient & replied back to my emails within the day. Highly recommended - a huge thanks to Lindsay, Amelia, Mark, Martin and the rest of the View Crew. I would certainly use them again.<br><br>I liked that View have a modern approach to estate agency, are very competent, not stuffy, friendly and easy to deal with. They are reliable: in my sale they always did what they said they were going to do. They are also good value for money, not charging for extras such as photos like many agents do. Easy to get hold of and always contact you back.<br><br>During my sale they worked hard to find a buyer, then kept me fully informed throughout the buying process. When these got a little tricky towards the end they were very happy to chase both solicitors and my buyer

8th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)Su Leeburn was my agent. Chose her over a few other estate agents who give quotes. Mostly for her local knowledge and personable approach. I only dealt with her and she did all of the viewings so was able to give great feedback. Once we had found buyers offering a reasonable price she negotiated a better price and kept me informed. The sale went well from exchange to completion and Su was able to manage the expectations of the buyer. Took about 6 months from initial listing to completion. A great service at every stage.

They were agents for my MILs property, we had 4 months where no payment made and when I queried it and asked for statements Bhav became very defensive and said they couldn’t access statements easily but had nothing to hide and accused me of making accusations that were offensive - turns out they were completely true and money hadn’t been paid. Money was only paid because I went through statements and pointed out what hadn’t been paid. It took 6 months to get a response from TDS about deposit and as NH didn’t do their job properly my MiL got nothing back despite tenants leaving the property in a significantly damaged state. Avoid at all costs!
