22nd May 2026 (23 days ago)We 100% recommend Matt and the Mitchells team in Highcliffe. Mid-January Matt visited to take photos etc of our home, it was quickly on the market, and by early February they had introduced us to our buyer. Contracts exchanged end April and a smooth completion followed. Throughout Matt, Kalise and the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with and made things very straightforward for us. We had first made contact last autumn, being clear that our potential move wouldn't be until 2026. We were both impressed by the friendly professionalism at that time, so had no hesitation in choosing Mitchells when we were ready to go ahead. Now very happy we did so!

Leigh detailed the entire process, including market trends, helping us understand the best time to buy. For example, they accurately predicted a price drop in our preferred neighborhood, allowing us to make a timely purchase.

What a lovely house, set far enough away from the hustle of the harbour, but close enough to stay in the middle of it. It rained most days, but who cares!? We sat with hot tea (or a glass of wine!) looking out of the gorgeous upper floor living area. CRW are an amazing team, the cleaner is so lovely and the holiday was as perfect as ever! Can’t wait to return!

All I can say is he was very polite, extremely helpful & always very easy to get hold of to talk to. I felt he went above and beyond for me. He put me in touch with an amazing mortgage advisor. He has lots of knowledge about buying & selling property & has expert advise to share with you. I also spoke on the phone a couple of times with his colleagues & they were all very pleasant.
