20th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Hunter French have been fantastic to work with. They priced our home just right, and were easy to contact throughout. We're first time sellers, so we were grateful for their extra guidance especially during a turbulent housing market. After a slow-ish start (mainly due to factors outside of our control), HF secured us a final offer we were really happy with. For various reasons we've decided not to sell yet, but look forward to working with them again next spring.
13th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)I recently sold my house in Christchurch through Denisons, dealing principally with Spencer and Maizie. I found them a comfortable mix of professional and informal, and they worked collaboratively with us throughout, including around some restrictions we had on viewing availability. Conversations were always friendly and straightforward. Ultimately the house was sold (and yes, that's what you hire estate agents to do) but it's worth noting that throughout the sales process, Denisons kept track of where things were at and were regularly in touch with check-ins and updates. Thanks to Maizie, Spencer and Danielle for their proactive efforts throughout. If I had another property to sell in the general Christchurch area (which I don't), I would have no hesitation in using them again. Still, this does allow me to say clearly that I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an agent to sell their property.

As a company director, they also went above and beyond to help me navigate the credit referencing process, which is rarely as straightforward as it was when I was employed. Kept in the loop with viewings and outcomes. Very useful feedback from potential buyers. Found the Street.co.uk app good. Would definitely use McFarlane Sales & Lettings again. Tim Stanley was excellent.

The floor plan was spot on and they exceeded our expectations on price within just a few days. We will definitely be using them again! Justin Hunter knows Hungerford Road exceptionally well & we were lucky to be selling a house on 'his patch'. We chose well and were also lucky, we had a trouble free buyer, no complications with solicitors and the sale went though smoothly. It has been very easy to give both Justin and John this glowing review. It is quite genuine, we really are most pleased with the manner in which they handled our sale. We also hope and trust that the buyers are pleased with their purchase, it is a good house
18th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)I was a tenant in Salisbury from 2019 to 2026. The staff at the Salisbury branch are very friendly and take the time to listen to your concerns. Whenever I had something that needed fixing they would have it organized in short order. I have since purchased the property that I was renting with Goadsby acting on behalf of the seller but at the same time went the extra mile to help me to sort my side of things out. I can confirm that they were easy to deal with and I always felt like they were in my corner which made a big difference. Scott. Salisbury.
8th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)Very good sales work and handling of viewings. Once we had a buyer the progressor was giving us updates better than our solicitor but did go quiet as some points. Overall I would certainly recommend Richard James.

Then it went very quiet and I had to call to see if anything was happening and how the market was doing. Then a flurry of activity which led to an offer.
