My enquiries have always been followed but I would have appreciated a bit more planning and speed in some tasks. The handover to the sales follow up team was not very clear and the 4 ways communication could be improved Overall, the team has done the work but we have gone the extra mile to make things happen on our side (a bit more that I would have expected)

My wife and I would be very happy to use their services again. Staff who were particularly worthy of mention were Florence, Rachael and Sandi who were very patient and helpful during what has been a challenging and time consuming sale.

One of the main reasons we chose Welcome Homes was because Leah came across as completely genuine, honest, and never pushy. She took the time to explain the current market, set realistic expectations, and talked us through a pricing strategy that gave us confidence from the very beginning.<br><br>As we had already found a property we wanted to buy, we needed to get our house on the market quickly. The team turned everything around incredibly fast, and we were so pleased with the quality of the photos and the listing.<br><br>From then on, we dealt mostly with Lyndsey, who handled our viewings and kept us updated throughout the sale. She was always friendly, approachable, and excellent at communicating. Lyndsey sold our property very quickly, but what really stood out was everything that happened afterwards. She was incredibly proactive, regularly chasing solicitors, keeping both us and our buyers informed, and making sure the whole process kept moving forward.<br><br>We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had a few troubles with references/ guarantors but they walked me through it all and were very patient with me which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Myself and my children now have somewhere we can call home and we couldn’t be anymore thankful!- 9th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)Very grateful to the GTH Ilminster team, especially Claire, for a successful sale and purchase completed from start to finish in just over five months despite a few hurdles along the way. There is far more to estate agency than brochures and viewings and Claire kept on top of the process throughout whilst reassuring us through the worst of the stress. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended - a huge thanks to Lindsay, Amelia, Mark, Martin and the rest of the View Crew. I would certainly use them again.<br><br>I liked that View have a modern approach to estate agency, are very competent, not stuffy, friendly and easy to deal with. They are reliable: in my sale they always did what they said they were going to do. They are also good value for money, not charging for extras such as photos like many agents do. Easy to get hold of and always contact you back.<br><br>During my sale they worked hard to find a buyer, then kept me fully informed throughout the buying process. When these got a little tricky towards the end they were very happy to chase both solicitors and my buyer
