Buying a new property while selling your existing home can be a stressful and a challenging experience, but having the right team on your side makes all the difference. From the very beginning, Abi, Sally, and Barry were professional, proactive, and always available to provide updates, reassurance, and support. Unfortunately, our own selling estate agent in Ferring was not as effective when it came to communication and chasing matters when needed. In contrast, dealing with Miller Town & Country was a breath of fresh air. They always kept us informed, exceeded expectations, and made us feel supported and confident throughout the process. We cannot thank Abi, Sally, Barry & their team enough for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding customer service. We would highly recommend Miller Town & Country to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
26th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)The most useless company to deal with with the most unprofessional staff .I have been chasing my tenancy deposit for the past one month ,3 months after I left the apartment but effort is not paying off. I have called several time but they wont pick their calls and if they ever pick the call ,the manager is not always on seat ,they won't reply your email. If there is anything less than 1 star.i would not hesitate for one moment to do that.

Pam's customer service skills were excellent and she was lovely and very personable. One of the properties she hadn't seen herself and she went out of her way to provide access to all areas of the property. Having viewed many properties beforehand and experienced some more forceful sales approaches from other estate agents, her relaxed and professional manner was a refreshing change during what can often be a stressful process.<br><br>During each viewing, Olivia gave us plenty of time to look around without feeling rushed. She answered all of our questions thoroughly, and if she didn't have the information immediately to hand, she was quick to find out and always responded promptly to emails.<br><br>As the purchase progressed, Olivia kept us informed with regular updates and worked proactively to ensure everything stayed on track, helping us reach an exchange and completion date that suited all parties.<br><br>Thank you to Olivia and the entire Chamberlains Bovey Tracey team for their excellent support throughout our purchase. They made the process as smooth and straightforward as possible, and we're delighted to be settling into such a lovely town.

Viewings demonstrated how well these guys understand their local market and how Marc in particular listened to what we needed and provided valuable insight and advice along the way. From offer to completion was incredibly smooth, with no friction at any time. We never want to sell in this amazing location, but if we ever do we know who we’ll use. Thanks again.

Put in an offer for a property and no communication at all even when there Selling your property with them- 7th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)They are very very rude thats all i can say. They came to measure and the girl came in with dirty feet and got mess on my back bedroom carpet which i have never mentioned to them. I dumped them them because they kept askung us to drop the price of our house. They said if i used another agent ud have to mention the one lady who came round to view our house. I was subsequently told by a female nember if staff that there was no way this lady would have brought our house. They are very very rude, and they lock you into a 20 week contract without telling you, so make sure you read the contract. We would never use fox and sons again ever. We will be putting our house back up for sale in a couple if years time, but we wont be using this agent. A couple of the female in there are very rude.

Feel sorry for the person letting through them as they don't seem to care. If there like this now what must they be like if you do eventually let from them.

Not only did we have no prior experience of renting, but we were currently living 100 miles away, which presented considerable logistical problems. Sue and Toni at Belvoir, Devizes were not only very knowledgeable, but also extremely kind and helpful. They guided us through the process and with their assistance we were able to secure a suitable property only two weeks after first contacting them. We are very grateful for their support.
