It was a tricky market to sell in but we got there in the end.- 19th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)The staff at Roy Brooks I interacted with were knowledgable, hard working and considerate. They shared feedback and assisted the sale once we had a buyer by facilitating communication and giving sound advice. Most of the staff at Roy Brooks are female. I would recommend them.

17th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)We were very happy with the services provided by McMahon & Partners.
As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward.
Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process.
We were particularly impressed with:
1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant.
2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.
7th Oct 2026 (30 days ago)If I could give zero starts I would. We have moved out over a month ago yet still have not gotten our deposit back. Our agent Anna tried charging us 300 quid for a professional clean which the flat did not have before we moved in and when we disputed it via email and asked for proof she has not responded in over 2 weeks. She has only responded yesterday to say that she is not going to charge us but found other things to complain about with no photographic evidence nor check out report. Despite telling her that we would like this to be disputed with the deposit protection scheme she still has not gotten in contact with them, or us, so we still can’t access even the undisputed portion of the deposit.
Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone over the phone as well.
12th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Unfortunately Keatings were so unsatisfactory. Our first clue should have been the fact that they lied about what furniture would actually be in the flat, which we didn't find out about until we had our offer accepted. Even then, they still wouldn't put the promised furniture in, but gave an insulting "financial contribution" which still left us with a heavy price to pay.
At the end of our tenancy they turned aggressively accusatory, claiming we had not returned our keys, when it turns out they just hadn't checked their own post box or actually spoken to other members of their own team to confirm we had in fact returned them.
Then, as a final kicker, our deposit return was delayed and when questioned on this they became combative and passive aggressive.
Steer clear.

13th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I'm so glad we went with Alex and Matteo. Their communication is excellent - emails with feedback from every viewing, regular video calls with the excellent Foivos (who is great and worked really hard), and super-fast WhatsApp group to all relevant staff. One of the big reasons we went with A&M was that Matteo talked about them having Cara, a member of staff who helped keep the transaction moving after they were negotiated by the sales agent. Cara is absolutely invaluable - she saved my sanity when bumps naturally arose in the process. It was so useful having Cara there, to raise issues that may take much longer to surface via solicitors. Alex & Matteo were definitely the right choice for us - down to earth, and felt wholly different than any other estate agents I've encountered.
