It wasn't the most straightforward sale, and there were stressful moments, but Jeremy kept things on track throughout. He stayed in regular contact, chased the buyers when needed and worked closely with the solicitors to keep everything moving. We always felt he was on top of things and doing his best to keep the sale moving forward.<br><br>His patience, persistence and personal approach made a real difference, and the process would have been much harder without him.<br><br>We'd happily recommend Gregory Brown, and Jeremy in particular, to anyone looking to sell their property

23rd May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with the Frost Staines team was very disappointing. There was little to no clear sales strategy, the original valuation proved to be very unrealistic, and communication throughout the process was very poor. As we were not living in the property, it was particularly frustrating that viewings were often not communicated to us in advance. Overall, we felt unsupported and ultimately decided to withdraw.

I went to view a property with Alfie and throughout the viewing, I felt dismissed, undervalued, and as though I was not being taken seriously as a prospective purchaser. As a woman buying on my own, the interaction left me feeling particularly uncomfortable and socially subordinate. You should provide the same level of service whether someone’s buying a 1 bed flat or 6 bed mansion. As someone local to Staines, all I’ve heard is bad things about this estate agency, so I wouldn’t believe all these great reviews!

I truly appreciated how he addressed all of our inquiries and respected our time. While I often found it difficult to get results through official channels, Brett was always ready to assist me personally. He provided the kind of support a purchaser needs, especially as a first-time buyer navigating the process.<br><br>My constant emails were always addressed and resolved promptly. I feel fortunate to have secured my mortgage through Bazely and Co., as the team kept me updated throughout the entire process. Thank you all.
