She was at the property in time, showed us around, discussed the potential of the property and helped us visualise what could be done. She gave us time and even called to find out how we wanted to proceed. She was very professional, expert at her job and courteous. Wish all estate agents were like that. Thanks Louise. Good luck!

31st Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The BEST estate agents! We've had a long journey with our house move and Foundations were incredible at every step. They worked hard to ensure we got the best deal for our house sale, lining up back to back viewings, following up with individuals, even spotting early on (before it became a much bigger problem!) when a buyer submitted an offer but then disappeared. It was almost no suprise when the house we'd offered on fell through and Foundations saved the day again, finding our dream house and securing the purchase. They really listened and understood our position and what we were looking for. I will be recommending them to everyone!

16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely appalling service. Catherine, who was supposed to show us around the property we had arranged to see was short and rude from the moment we met her. She refused to answer any questions we had about the property, didn’t seem at all interested in actually displaying the property to us and spoke horribly to us during the brief time we had with her. Avoid this agency at all costs if this is the standard they hold themselves to. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with an estate agency.

10th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)We recently sold our flat through Alex, and I cannot thank him enough for all his help throughout what turned out to be a very challenging and lengthy transaction.<br><br>The sale took almost a year and involved a lease extension, a fallen-through onward purchase and numerous complications before we finally reached completion. Throughout the entire process, Alex was proactive, professional and incredibly supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He was always available to answer questions, chase updates and keep communication flowing between all parties. He is also an excellent negotiator, which proved invaluable when I revised the sale price following completion of the lease extension.<br><br>I would also like to thank Amber, the sales progressor Alex appointed to the transaction. She was fantastic throughout, always responsive, proactive and willing to go the extra mile to keep things moving. Having both Alex and Amber involved made a huge difference.<br><br>The final stages became particularly challenging due to difficult solicitors, Land Registry delays and pressure within the chain. During the last week before completion, Alex and Amber worked tirelessly to keep everyone updated, chase solicitors and push the transaction forward. Their communication was excellent throughout, and their calm, practical approach helped enormously during what was an extremely stressful time.<br><br>What stood out most was that Alex genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for his clients. He went above and beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agent and remained committed to seeing the transaction through right to the very end.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Alex and the team to anyone buying or selling a property and would happily work with them again in the future.<br><br>Thank you again for all your help and support, Alex and Amber.
