He was communicative, proactive and highly professional, liaising closely with the buyers and all parties, to ensure everyone was aligned and working towards an agreed tight completion date, that was achieved before Christmas! Dan really made a difference in making this happen. Dans knowledge of the local market and ability to deal with any tricky situation gave us a lot of confidence. His calm and considered approach, in particular, made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and reassuring from start to finish.

Richard was immensely helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. He and Matthew consistently provided professional yet friendly advice, keeping everything moving smoothly throughout the process. Richard’s calm and intelligent approach made what could have been a stressful journey feel remarkably straightforward. He is a great facilitator, always composed, constructive, and ready to help. Both he and Matthew clearly know the local area well and were able to recommend reliable local trades when we needed them. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with the agency and would highly recommend them.

We liked their honesty and keeping us up to date even if sometimes it was something we didn't want to hear. Thank you to West Byfleet staff with a special mention to Jordan, Charlie and Mark.

Oliver and Jacob were absolutely brilliant—they understood that we were grieving and showed great patience and empathy throughout the process. They were proactive from start to finish and guided us every step of the way, helping us successfully navigate towards a sale. We had previously appointed another estate agent, but the difference in service was night and day. The first was useless, Won't name any names but they are across the street up a bit with a red and black sign that says Thomas Brown! Opps! I would highly recommend Langford Russell for their professionalism, compassion, and proactive approach.

After the initial viewing we went back 3 times to measure up and make plans, spending a considerable amount of time at the property, this was never a problem for them. They answered all our questions and liaised with the sellers to get any problems sorted.

16th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Exeptional agents! We spoke to several agents before coming on the market with C&W. I felt the other agents were giving us unrealistic figures to try and get us to go with them with no real structure on how they were going to sell the property. When Jayde came round, she gave me her honest opinion on the value and we set a plan then and there. We had scheduled to have the photographs taken the following week, but I receieved a call from the team beforehand as they had a buyer whos property specifics were exactly what we were selling. We allowed an off market viewing the following day and within 24 hours we accepted an offer at full asking price. I cant thank Jayde, Safia, Claire, Musa and Abbie enough for there efforts. Great service
18th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)We looked at a few properties in the Wickford area & had the pleasure of being shown round by Caroline, she was fantastic with her knowledge of the properties & was very accomodating with time at the viewings, she understood our needs & when the property we are now in the process of buying came on the market she knew it would tick all the boxes we had. She went out of her way to ensure a viewing for us before a family trip to Scotland & she was right when saying it was right for us. The rest of the team in Wickford have been great as well but Caroline desrves all the credit for finding us our perfect home. Thanks again to all involved

Our house sale and purchase with them went very smoothly and was even enjoyable. There is a very family-like atmosphere in the office, and it truly felt like we were dealing with good friends who were always on our side. Their support and communication throughout the process were excellent. We can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all your help, Richard, Paul, Sophie, and the entire Folklands team. The process ran smoothly from valuation to viewings right through to exchange/completion. I dealt with Jon mainly, he kept in touch throughout the process, providing regular updates I had a buyer within 2 weeks of the property going on the market, and completion within 3 months. Jon was always proactive, responsive, efficient, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Greg James, my buyers also said the experience was spot on from their point of view.

From the first meeting, he identified a potential group of buyers that no other agent had talked about which made us feel very at ease. The photography and listing process was very straightforward, and they managed the viewings process seamlessly. He actually created a WhatsApp group and was very quick to answer questions which was very helpful in what turned out to a long drawn out process (after offer had been accepted). Would work with Sam and AH in a heartbeat if we were moving again.

9th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)James happened to call me when our sale went stale on the market with minimal interest and consistently last minute let downs from the agents we were previously up with. He came round and discussed potential options without being pushy and just generally offering advice. After changing from a different estate agents to Stirling Ackroyed it was a completely different experience, James and Noah were very good at communicating and we sold very quickly with the help of them. A few hiccups post offer acceptance beyond James and Noah’s control but always easily contactable and friendly. Thank you!

They could recommend a good broker and solicitor to us and were always approachable and happy to answer our many questions. They also had great knowledge of the area and were very flexible to show us different properties in the area we were interested in. All in all, every member of the team was helpful and simply lovely to talk to. All of this made the house buy so pleasant. Thank you, Loft team!
