Sara had a lot of patience and gave a lot of attention to detail when taking me through the viewings. She had a good understanding of exactly what I wanted as a customer and worked alongside me to find a suitable place to live. Sara and Janene were also very helpful throughout the rest of the buying process. Janene worked hard during the sales progression and was very good at keeping me updated and well informed. They were both very helpful, attentive and supportive. Great customer service, I highly recommend.

He listened to our requirements and helped to buy our wonderful new home. He always keeping us informed of what was happening in the chain and was very supportive and reassuring along the way. Stuart was also extremely helpful in making sure the purchase progressed. I wish all estate agents provided such a great service.

Paul and George took over from our HA nominated estate agent (it was a shared ownership sale) and after 2 weeks with ace marketing and plenty of viewings we had a buyer. Their local knowledge really paid off. Communication was prompt and nothing was a bother for them throughout the sale process. Would recommend and certainly use again.

What impressed me most was witnessing his interaction with vendors. Three were present during the viewings, and James treated them with genuine warmth, empathy and professionalism.<br>I usually find house viewings quite daunting and not particularly enjoyable, but James made the whole experience comfortable, engaging and positive. A real asset to Barnard Marcus and someone I would happily recommend.
