He found me a really great tenant so quickly, which took a huge weight off my shoulders, and made the whole process feel seamless from start to finish. What really stood out was how supportive and reassuring he was throughout. Whenever I felt stressed or unsure, Simon was always there to explain things clearly and put me at ease. His communication was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. A genuinely brilliant agent, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

4th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I cannot thank Jack and Cédric from White and Sons Leatherhead for all their hard work when selling our leasehold flat. They found us a buyer twice after our first one pulled out at the last minute and they then went above and beyond to get us to completion after a couple of hiccups with a tricky lease. Jack especially was always super understanding, kind and professional even in the most frustrating circumstances and I'm so glad I chose them to sell my flat! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell in the area.
