9th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Whilst my house sale proved to be anything less than straightforward, I was kept up to date at all times by Stuart and Sabi which helped with my frustrations. I relied upon them far more than my solicitors and was comforted by their level of knowledge with the whole process. Hopefully I won't be moving again but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to use the perton branch again because of their help and professionalism.

From the moment Matt arrived to talk through the process and pricing, we felt very well looked after. The photographs and particulars are very high quality indeed - nothing was too much trouble and they use the very latest tech. Viewings were frequent and we were always given details about the position of those coming to view by Debbie, Charlotte, Emily and Jayne. Then, once we had found a buyer, the progression was well managed by Becci too. Thanks to everyone involved for a job well done.

Communication has been excellent throughout, and they've always been happy to answer any questions we've had and explain everything clearly. Karen has been friendly, positive and easy to deal with, while Richard has been really informative and taken the time to explain the mortgage process and our options in detail. It's made what could have been a stressful process feel much more straightforward. We're still part way through our purchase, but based on our experience so far we'd definitely recommend them.

We have benefitted from working with the same staff (for example Becky) for many years and they have always been extremely efficient, professional and have offered valuable advice throughout. The communication we have received as always been excellent and punctual. We could not have rented out a property without them.
5th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Taylors estate agents in Brierley Hill have been fantastic. From the moment Mitch attended to do an initial valuation it was clear that this was a professional company. Everyone at the office has been friendly, knowledgable and professional. We were listened to throughout and keep well informed. The photograhs looked very professional and Matt took his time to ensure photos were taken from the best angles. We had a lot of viewings within the first week, and as we were holiday Taylors managed them all, keeping us informed of when viewings would happen. We were given access to an online portal where we could track all viewings and offers. We had 7 offers, 5 for the asking price. Julie managed 'best offers' from all of them, and apart from talking to Julie and deciding which offer to go with, we didn't have to do anything and our house was sold within a week.

Steve came round and had an honest talk with me about what I wanted to achieve with my move. Yes I lowered my price but not by much. Weekly touch base calls and serious viewers only. Great communication throughout and a special mention of Emily who has been so supportive and worked so hard to get the deal over the line. Many thanks

I have bought 3 Hands off investments and had great experience rents paid on time & no headache as they promised me. I get amazing rents that I didn’t know were even possible. I have also used them for selling & they were fabulous ! Recommended the investments to my colleagues also who have had similar experiences. Opa are quite different to other agents. They love what they do and are very good at it. I would specifically like to thank Zara she is literally amazing. So knowledgeable, she always wants to help and protect you. She gives very honest advice that guy can 100% trust. Even if there’s a problem. Or a stress during the conveyancing she is there fighting for you and taking the stress away.
29th Jun 2026 (30 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Connells. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. Every time I called, I was assured that I would receive an update, but no one ever got back to me as promised. I constantly had to chase for information instead of being kept informed.<br><br>What was even more frustrating was the lack of responsibility when it came to processing a payment that was due to me. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was little sense of urgency or accountability, and the matter took far longer than it should have.<br><br>Good communication and reliability are essential when dealing with customers, and unfortunately, my experience with Connells fell well below expectations. I hope they improve their customer service, communication, and responsiveness so that other customers don't have to go through the same experience.<br><br>**Please note:** This review relates to my experience from the end of December. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to post it at the time, so I am sharing my experience now.
