He went above and beyond throughout the process and was a real help whenever we had a question or needed anything.<br><br>Tash has also been fantastic throughout the buying process. She has been incredibly helpful, approachable and quick to respond, which made such a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful time.<br><br>The whole team have been brilliant from start to finish. Their communication has been excellent, they’ve always kept us informed, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br>A huge thank you to Alex, Tash and the entire team for helping make the process of buying our home such a positive experience.<br>We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

We were selling a house from 100 miles away, so it was reassuring to know Oulsnam's were keeping an eye on things when we couldn't be there. Emails and phone calls were always answered quickly and efficiently, and the whole process has been incredibly smooth and very easy. We would recommend Oulsnam's very highly!

Tried the chat bot but conversation was terminated as it took me too long to finish a reply! Awful way to run a business. He was incredibly friendly, approachable and personable, and was always happy to answer my questions and explain each step clearly.<br>His communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt supported and kept up to date. What really stood out was how genuine and helpful Oliver was — I never felt like just another buyer, and he always took the time to make sure I understood what was happening.<br>I’m incredibly grateful for all his help and would absolutely recommend Slade Property Collective to anyone, particularly other first-time buyers!

29th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Connells. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. Every time I called, I was assured that I would receive an update, but no one ever got back to me as promised. I constantly had to chase for information instead of being kept informed.<br><br>What was even more frustrating was the lack of responsibility when it came to processing a payment that was due to me. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was little sense of urgency or accountability, and the matter took far longer than it should have.<br><br>Good communication and reliability are essential when dealing with customers, and unfortunately, my experience with Connells fell well below expectations. I hope they improve their customer service, communication, and responsiveness so that other customers don't have to go through the same experience.<br><br>**Please note:** This review relates to my experience from the end of December. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to post it at the time, so I am sharing my experience now.
