After countless viewings and a long search, I often felt overwhelmed trying to find somewhere that truly felt like home, but Tom never once made me feel like a burden. He remained positive, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how much effort he put into understanding exactly what I was looking for. He consistently kept me informed about new properties coming onto the market and always made time to arrange viewings and answer any questions I had. His priority was never just finding any property — it was finding the right one for me. I’m extremely grateful for all of his hard work and dedication, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you ??
1st Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I would give this company 0 stars if I could. My mum was interested in arranging a viewing for a property and contacted the company several times. Each time, she was told that someone would get back to her shortly, but no one ever did. Despite multiple follow-ups, her enquiries were never properly addressed, and the property has now been sold. We are extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided. The lack of communication and failure to follow up made it seem as though our interest in the property was not taken seriously. When my mum called to express her disappointment, all she received was a brief apology with no real explanation or effort to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to others. The service was unprofessional, frustrating, and far below what we expected.
12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I chose this agent based on a recent sale of a similar property in our village where this agent offered a video with a commentary which I felt gave our property the best opportunity to appeal to potential buyers. In my own search for properties I disliked complicated virtual tours which I found time consuming and irritating. This agent had a potential client waiting for a property such as ours which was quite frankly lucky for us so we STC very quickly. The buying process was then rather prolonged and drawn out but our negotiator handled our nervous and very particular first time buyer with commendable skill. Our agents regarding the property we were buying, Holland Broadbridge Shrewsbury were awful and were the same agent my daughter was unfortunately negotiating with as a 1st time buyer with her property nearby. Our negotiator at Flint& Cook was subjected to a lot of hassle due to the lack of professionalism of our buyer's agent.

10th Jun 2026 (3 days ago)We recently purchased a property marketed by Hills. We viewed a few places and dealt with different agents and I have to say, Hills were one of the best! They followed up after our viewing and even though technically we weren’t their clients, they were always helpful and friendly. If I was to put our house on the market they would definitely be on top of the list of agencies I’d consider going with.

A special mention to Debbie who has gone the extra mile to arrange multiple viewings for us whilst making the whole process seamless and stress free.
5th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Staff at the Ironbridge office, particularly Will, were very helpful and seemed to be doing all they could to ensure our purchase went through smoothly. Our initial inquiry was to the Much Wenlock office who were unable to give us a copy of the details for the property and didn't seem able to print out a set. Similarly our final experience was with the Telford office who delayed the handover of keys to the property. They claimed they were waiting for confirmation that payment had been received even though we had been given confirmation more than an hour earlier that this had happened.- 26th May 2026 (18 days ago)Rented house moved out 36 days ago still haven't received my deposit back ( which law says 10 days to return or raise dispute which neither has happened) called numerous times regarding it i get no response or anyone taking responsibility and nobody calls back when they say they will. raised a complaint but to no avail very poor service. The house was sold whilst we lived there and new owners now live there but still no refund will take your money but don't want to give it back

16th May 2026 (28 days ago)My partner dealt with an agent called Emma and she was very knowledgable and certainly seems to deal with and have extensive knowledge of the park home market. She acted as a great go between between us and the buyer of Mil bt er Crescent and was always able to negotiate with him on our behalf. Emma seems to deal with all the sales on New Green Park and when we pulled out of our first purchase she knew of another one coming on the market so consequently were the first to view and our offer was quickly accepted.
25th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)Our tenancy at 7 St. Edwards Road was extremely stressful. From the beginning, several maintenance and safety issues were reported and took months to be resolved. We even had a break-in while we were in the property, and no adequate security measures were put in place afterward. Communication with the agency—particularly with the representative who handled our case, Sunny Sandhu—was often unhelpful and dismissive. Requests for a revised contract after two tenants moved out were ignored, leaving us in a very unclear situation. The agency tried to withhold our entire deposit and add unreasonable cleaning charges, despite us leaving the property spotless and having photo evidence. Thankfully, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) reviewed the case and returned our deposit after nearly three months. I would advise future tenants to keep detailed records, photos, and written communication if you decide to rent through this company. Transparency and professionalism were lacking in our experience.

Ellis has been absolutely brilliant from the moment we met him he was very knowledgeable about the house he was showing us around, he was really confident and chatty which put us both at ease. Ellis was the reason we decided to put our house on the market with Connells. He was very professional, efficient annd approachable the whole way through and was brilliant at putting our Minds at ease, his communication was second to none! Thank you also to Libby for being so helpful during the process and the other team members at connells Hereford.
