Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.<br><br>I was able to book a viewing on the same day as my initial call, with another viewing arranged later in the week. Teri, in particular, went out of her way to understand exactly what I was looking for and organised suitable viewings very quickly.<br>They also have an efficient booking system and a user-friendly website.<br><br>I would highly recommend Ian Perks to anyone looking to rent a property.

1st Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

8th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)We used B&G as a letting agent for a rental property in Solihull. They were, from beginning to end, beyond terrible , bordering on grossly incompetent. I don't have the time or patience to write a comprehensive list of complaints here ( such as having to chase rental payments ), but feel free to contact me if you require more information. I do however feel it my duty to leave honest feedback where required. I give one star, only because giving no stars is not an option.- 27th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely delighted the service. This agent doesn't have any reviews- 15th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)We had the pleasure of having support from Dilvinder with our mortage renewal, not only did she take her time to find us the best product she also supported us in doing our Will and life insurance, two of things myself and my partner have been meaning to do but never got round to doing it or knowing where to start. There was never any pressure to agree to either but we knew if we didnt have support to get them done we likely wouldnt have them done at our next renewal so it has made us feel at ease that its sorted now and its two very important things to have in place. Thanks so much Dilvinder for all the work you have put into supporting us you have been a star.
