The staff were extremely helpful, professional, and proactive. In particular, Cian Jeynes was outstanding. He worked closely with both my solicitor and mortgage broker, ensuring that communication was smooth and that the transaction progressed efficiently. His support and regular updates made the whole process much less stressful. I would happily use Paul Carr Estate Agents again in the future and would highly recommend them to friends and relatives.

26th May 2026 (18 days ago)I have recently completed on my Grade 2 listed property which was my dwelling for many years. It has not been an easy sale process but I have to say that Charlie Comber and his team at Hayman- Joyce, particularly Hermione Walls have kept me sane through their patient endeavours. It was somewhat of a painful process. However hopefully my property has passed on to worthy new owners. I cannot recommend Hayman-Joyce more highly, for being an enthusiastic and realistic estate agent.

The purchase took a little longer than expected to go through, but they were proactive in chasing the solicitors when needed and kept both us and the seller fully updated throughout the process. Their communication and support made everything much less stressful.

23rd May 2026 (21 days ago)We were due to move into a property managed through Genie Homes on 22 May 2026. The tenancy agreement had been signed and completed, and we had arranged our family move around that date. On the morning we were meant to move in, we were told by text message that the landlord had changed her mind and that we could no longer move into the property. This left us in an extremely difficult position as a family. Our home was packed, we had already made arrangements connected to the move, including our son’s school transport, and we were left trying to work out where we were going to live at very short notice. Our son has Down syndrome and significant additional needs, so the sudden uncertainty and disruption caused a huge amount of stress for us. Although some staff members tried to help afterwards, the overall handling of the situation felt very unprofessional and lacked proper accountability. We had to keep chasing for updates, requested calls from senior management that did not happen, and were left in limbo when we needed clear communication and practical support. Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this company.

6th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)The service provided by Manny Klarico from viewing all the way upto referencing and tenancy agreement help was exceptional. I want to particularly thank the lettings manager Callie Walker who was especially patient and very co operative throughout the whole process. She made things much easier and from the point of contact of viewing was particularly helpful. Could not have found our families beautiful home without her assistance. The admin and office was also very helpful - both Ali and Harry I believe!

Their communication with us was exceptional, always checking in, discussing the market, making sure we were informed at every step through the process. From the start Sam was attentive and helpful at no point did I feel he was pushing the sale. He encouraged us to have a second viewing before making an offer so that we were sure of the purchase and checking in with use throughout the process. Happy with the experience.
