Dean Grove came out to give us a valuation and tell us about their services, he was helpful and knowledgable and all round a great guy. They were efficient with organising viewings and sold our property within a week for full asking price. The team in halesowen have been wonderful and i could not recommend them enough!

3rd Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Bartlams…..where do you begin<br><br>The guys at Bartlams have been very very good, and to me it is only one estate agent in Wombourne I would trust having previously used others.<br>From initial contact with Finn for our valuation and then on to his team especially Ellisia who has battled through a very protracted sale with delays, delays and more delays and just when we were about to throw the towel in she kept us going and made sure everything stayed on track.<br>Sometimes company’s don’t realise how valuable their staff are and I take my hat off to the Bartlams team for their professionalism and honesty throughout.<br><br>If you are buying or selling a house in Wombourne forget the rest and try the best it’s got to be Bartlams for you!<br><br>Cheers Guys<br>Dave and Mandy

I can Highly Recommend using this agency. I was not even a client and Alex and the team all went over and beyond to provide me with keys to a flat I purchased. I arrived late on a Saturday and they moved mountains to make keys avail to me. I am now a client, but was not at the time they did all this for me. They truly earned my business and my trust. They followed up after our viewing and even though technically we weren’t their clients, they were always helpful and friendly. If I was to put our house on the market they would definitely be on top of the list of agencies I’d consider going with.

From start to finish, our chain was an absolute nightmare, with one issue after another, but Korron completely adopted us as her clients and fought tirelessly to get every sale over the line.<br><br>She went above and beyond every single day, keeping everyone informed, chasing things up, solving problems, and making what felt impossible happen. Her dedication, professionalism and determination are second to none.<br><br>Not only is she incredibly good at her job, but she’s also warm, friendly, supportive and genuinely cares. She made one of the most stressful experiences we’ve ever been through so much more manageable.<br><br>Korron is an absolute credit to Dixons. She’s like Superwoman and deserves a massive pay rise! They navigated the entire process smoothly, even when things got challenging, and made what could have been a stressful purchase feel effortless. Prompt replies, honest communication, and no nonsense — just straight shooters. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Samuel makepeace were amazing at arranging a viewing and dealing with my offer and acceptance in record time. Fast forward just over three months we have move in date set in the next two weeks time. Ella thank you for all your hard work, outstanding communication and of course being lovely friendly and professional with every communication we had. Thanks again all and I look forward to seeing you in a few weeks to collect my keys. Thank you for helping my impossible become my impossible

She seemed to know the market well and got a good price quickly for my property. She was also very good value for money ! I would thoroughly recommend her.
17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Matthew Corrall of Crabb Curtis demonstrated his professionalism from his very first visit to value our property ahead of its sale.<br><br>Not only is Matthew a very personable individual, but he was also the most prepared of the several estate agents who valued our home. His level of thoroughness impressed me immediately.<br><br>Matthew provided a TV-quality video walkthrough of my property, alongside high-quality photographs and impressive aerial drone footage. His timing was efficient, and he was flexible in accommodating our schedule from start to finish. His knowledge of marketing and the local property market proved invaluable, resulting in all of our viewings being completed within a single weekend and the forthcoming offers to purchase following quickly.<br><br>His valuation of my property and estimated timescale for the sale were accurate to the last pound, and we sold within the predicted timeframe with very little stress.<br><br>Most importantly, Matthew offered a genuinely personal approach that gave us confidence and reassurance throughout the transaction. We were selling our first home after living there for ten years, so it wasn’t an easy decision to leave. However, Matthew went above and beyond his role by answering our questions, offering thoughtful advice when appropriate, and guiding us whenever we needed support.<br><br>Crabb Curtis also adopted a refreshingly no-pressure approach, which was a welcome contrast to the high-pressure, often condescending tactics employed by some of their competitors.<br><br>I would highly recommend Crabb Curtis, and Matthew in particular. Should we need to move home again in the future, Matthew would be our first point of contact.
25th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)Our tenancy at 7 St. Edwards Road was extremely stressful. From the beginning, several maintenance and safety issues were reported and took months to be resolved. We even had a break-in while we were in the property, and no adequate security measures were put in place afterward. Communication with the agency—particularly with the representative who handled our case, Sunny Sandhu—was often unhelpful and dismissive. Requests for a revised contract after two tenants moved out were ignored, leaving us in a very unclear situation. The agency tried to withhold our entire deposit and add unreasonable cleaning charges, despite us leaving the property spotless and having photo evidence. Thankfully, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) reviewed the case and returned our deposit after nearly three months. I would advise future tenants to keep detailed records, photos, and written communication if you decide to rent through this company. Transparency and professionalism were lacking in our experience.

Always knew where we were in the process. Clear, quick answers via WhatsApp/call, the Slade computer system of sending through viewings/offers/information was really clear and helpful. I can't recommend Slade enough. Would definitely use again if I went through this in future.
