Dean Grove came out to give us a valuation and tell us about their services, he was helpful and knowledgable and all round a great guy. They were efficient with organising viewings and sold our property within a week for full asking price. The team in halesowen have been wonderful and i could not recommend them enough!

Specially, I want to mention about Molly and Jessica both are very professional and much friendly, and very helpful throughout our property purchase. They understood what we were looking for, kept us informed at every stage, and responded quickly to our questions. They made the process much easier and less stressful. We really appreciated their honesty, patience, and support, and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property. Thanku
1st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

Although we were only at the enquiry stage, Julie was incredibly helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to understand the process and our options.<br><br>She was so polite, professional and approachable, and took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and patiently. She made a great first impression and gave us real confidence in the service.<br><br>If you’re considering going down the auction route, I would definitely recommend calling and asking to speak with Julie — she was absolutely lovely and a real credit to the team!

Initial interview with Finlay and the staff and my property was sold in one day - this tells you really they are ideal. They keep you to up to date, professional and I did not need to worry about any issues. Everything was very fluid and I left the whole business to them. Well done all.

9th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)Do not use Yourmove lettings services, I have found out I had an issue with my gas pipe which Cadent have sorted out. Yourmove arranged for one of their inspectors prior to this and came up with the conclusion that I needed a new boiler and a new oven. They then arranged for a new boiler without my consent which cost £3500, I only found out when I got my monthly rental statement. I also got a new oven at a cost of £500, only to be told by the installers there was nothing wrong with the old oven and the issue was the gas pipe. This company is unprofessional and I have asked the ombudsman to carry out an investigation into their business practices, I can only hope they review them as they do not deserve a licence. Also the lettings manager, let’s call him A so they can’t take down my review, lied to my tennants to get an extra months rent, despite we terminating the agreement with immediate affect, when they called yourmove to make sure he told them the agreement had not yet terminated. Not sure how this guy got his licence but the ombudsman will be looking into his conduct. Just to add onto this, A called me this morning and threatened me on the back of me putting up this review, if you want to be treated like this, use yourmove

From start to finish they have been amazing - a wonderful sales brochure for the property, keeping us informed of viewings and negotiating the best price for a sale. Then until completion, they kept us well informed of how the sale was progressing. This was invaluable to us and much appreciated. Guiding me every step of the way and answered any questions I had or if I had any difficulties she couldn’t have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond with the move ensuring everything was perfect for when I moved in. 22nd Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Very poor customer service and inconsistent information shared by staff. I would not reccomend for tenants, they are very difficult to receive a response from. Ensure everything is in writing for your own records.<br><br>I asked repeatedly for information on my deposit return and was told it would be given back within 30 days of leaving the property. Only after this month had passed, Sunny attempted to blame me and one of the other girls leaving the property for not resolving this sooner, despite my repeated attempts. He then attempted to retain my full deposit and the deposit of the new tenant for the same room.<br><br>Absolutely disgusting customer service for something they failed to process in due time and maintain clear and consistent records with the outgoing tenants and the new tenants.
