Dean Grove came out to give us a valuation and tell us about their services, he was helpful and knowledgable and all round a great guy. They were efficient with organising viewings and sold our property within a week for full asking price. The team in halesowen have been wonderful and i could not recommend them enough!

1st Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

I have to say that Andrew and Keisha were fabulous from the start. We were kept updated with progress and treated with care and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend to anyone considering selling via Auction!

We dealt mainly with Amelia when purchasing our new house, She kept us well informed throughout the whole process, was always pleasant and professional. If I had any questions and I couldn't get in touch ,She always phoned back when she said she would ,if our experience is anything to go by i would have no problem recommending Amelia and the rest of the team. They were very patient with me, and always easy to contact. They accommodated me wherever possible and never made me feel like an inconvenience even though I can guarantee that I was! I can Highly Recommend using this agency. I was not even a client and Alex and the team all went over and beyond to provide me with keys to a flat I purchased. I arrived late on a Saturday and they moved mountains to make keys avail to me. I am now a client, but was not at the time they did all this for me. They truly earned my business and my trust. 18th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)I honestly cannot rate Korron, Daniella & Neela highly enough. I had previously worked with a different estate agents and gave up with them. So I decided to sell my home through Dixons (as I initially purchased that same property through them). I was a little concerned to begin with as it was one of the more expensive quotes but looking back at the journey, it was money well spent! They were always so lovely when I called or was concerned around something. I was out of the country for a couple of weeks at one point and said I would be out of contact until X date and they called me without prompting when I got back to give me an update and let me know how everything went. It was a great experience as they owned pretty much everything in the journey so I could get on with other things in my life! Thank you all again!

After an initial meeting with Oliver Jones it was clear Slade property were the team we needed. Oliver was extremely professional throughout the selling process and it was clear he had a sound marketing plan to ensure a swift sale. His plans worked well and the sale went through quickly and smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Slade Property and just know that if you use them you will get a professional service at a reasonable cost with excellent communication throughout the selling process. A first class company.
3rd Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Darren and Aimee were absolutely wonderful. From the initial contact, through to the viewings everythin went smoothly. They set up a WhatApp group and queries were always answered within the hour. The house never actually had a "For Sale" sign up as it was sold so quickly that the only sign said "Sold". They had also clearly understood the situation of the buyer - so there were no complications at all along the way. From offer to completion in well under two months says it all. Totally professional and more!
