As we are moving from London, the process has been a little challenging, and after dealing with several other agents from various other companies who were not particularly helpful, Ellie was a breath of fresh air.<br>She has been incredibly supportive, proactive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She really listened to our needs and worked with us to make sure we were happy with the dates and all the other arrangements.<br>Ellie genuinely went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. I cannot thank her enough for all her help and support.<br>I would highly recommend Reeds Rains to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and supportive estate agency. After the house went up for sale Georgia then took over, again she was fantastic.<br><br>With Georgia's help we were able to accept an offer for full asking price within 3 days of the house going on the market. I highly recommend Georgia and Your Move to everybody looking at selling a house. She was punctual, honest and even chased solicitors, sellers and buyers for us.<br><br>When I come to sell or buy again in the future, I would look for Tim, Georgia and Your Move again.<br><br>Well done guys and thanks from myself and my family for all your efforts.

From the beginning Daniella was outstanding. She really saw my house and its potential. Her valuation was over the other 2 estate agents which worried me……but it shouldn’t have. Her and her team secured me £20,000 above what the other agents said was my limit. They worked hard, amazing communication and just down right fabulous people. Korron then took me on the journey with the buyers terrible solicitors constantly fighting to move quicker and making sure everything was done correctly and held my hand DAILY….what a super star. If you go with anyone else it would be a mistake. Thanks ladies for the best service I could have asked for x

In particular we want to highlight Anthony as being nothing short of brilliant! We are currently in rented and I know he’s doing all he can to find us our new home. I’m on Rightmove several times a day, contacting all the estate agents and Anthony is the ONLY one that is regularly staying in touch, offering suggestions and in his own words - offering a wild card….he should be on ‘location, location, location’! We really hope Anthony finds our next home as we’d prefer to buy from him all day long!

22nd Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very poor customer service and inconsistent information shared by staff. I would not reccomend for tenants, they are very difficult to receive a response from. Ensure everything is in writing for your own records.<br><br>I asked repeatedly for information on my deposit return and was told it would be given back within 30 days of leaving the property. Only after this month had passed, Sunny attempted to blame me and one of the other girls leaving the property for not resolving this sooner, despite my repeated attempts. He then attempted to retain my full deposit and the deposit of the new tenant for the same room.<br><br>Absolutely disgusting customer service for something they failed to process in due time and maintain clear and consistent records with the outgoing tenants and the new tenants.
9th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We got our house sold in the end but the guy who was given to us, didn’t do a good job, late to appointments, didn’t tell the truth about we were with buyers. Don’t think this guy works there now but it is the owners responsibility to see what was going on.
