They clearly understand what outstanding customer service looks like and deliver it effortlessly at every stage of the process. Every member of the team we dealt with was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed throughout. A special mention must go to Heidi, who was absolutely fantastic. She worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, always quick to resolve any issues, answer questions, and keep everything progressing efficiently. Her dedication, communication, and support made a huge difference to us. Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Throughout the 10 month process we dealt with all members of the team, and they were all so diligent and understanding. 1st Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I sold my flat with Jenna a few months ago. She was so helpful in helping me through the process, brilliant in communication and always responded quickly. It was a leasehold which was an absolute nightmare to sell, but she found a buyer with a price that I was happy with. She managed to help me when my tenants left, she went above and beyond to sort out a furniture issue where things were left outside in the communal areas and also gave me meter readings as I live far from the property. She even helped me with sorting out a gas man and electrician when there was an issue. 5 stars, thank you so much Jenna.

21st Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)They persuaded me to sell with them after massively marking up my home. This meant we were viewing properties out of our reach and that in a matter of weeks they asked for a £20k drop to our asking price. This meant we could not move on as hoped so we had to withdraw. Basically I lost £600 in advertising and cancellation fees. If I’d had an accurate valuation in the first place I would never have put it on the market.

They have been totally.on top of every aspect of the sale, including suggesting tradesmen that I could use for various investigative things. They contacted me.every week with an update, allowing me the opportunity to chase things up with my solicitors and vice versa. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, personable and professional. Kerry has been incredibly helpful throughout the process, always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions we had. The lady who showed us around the property was also lovely and made the viewing feel relaxed and welcoming. The whole process has been smooth and professional from start to finish. 27th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)I would certainly recommend Martin Mellor. We sold our property after tenants moved out & we had moved to another area. Martin sold the property quickly and kept an eye on it as it was empty during the sales process. He took photos to show he had been into the property ( to satisfy Insurance company) and sorted out queries from the buyer. He helped to get the sale over the line when timelines were pressing. No hesitation in recommending his services.

The photos of the house were brilliant and the marketing is the best around . Would highly recommend them and we will be definitely be using them again
