We had a great experience selling our flat with Acorn. The communication was great, and we would always be updated in regards to the process. I would not hesitste to use them for a sale (buying or selling). The whole team were great and really were there for us throughout the whole process.

Really disappointing experience and complete waste of time. Disorganised agency.<br><br>We travelled specifically for one viewing with them, only to arrive and be told by the agent that he couldn’t get the keys because the tenant hadn’t shown up. Why is the tenant handing over the keys at the exact same time potential buyers are turning up for a viewing? Surely this should be sorted beforehand so there’s time to deal with any issues and so you’re not wasting people’s time.<br><br>I’ve now asked Barnard Marcus to show me the property instead, as they also have it listed on Rightmove.<br><br>Before this I was accidentally booked into the wrong viewings and received confirmation emails/texts for properties I’d never agreed to view, followed by various cancellation emails and back-and-forth to get things corrected. I was repeatedly bombarded with emails from their mailing list despite unsubscribing and I had to email two different people more than once asking for the emails to stop.<br><br>I am really put off booking anymore viewings with this agency

My property journey was far from easy, but Kelly and Eddie remained deeply committed and communicated brilliantly throughout the entire process. At times, I felt completely dismayed and frustrated due to how poorly I was treated by another company, but Kelly and Eddie went out of their way to call, check in on my wellbeing, and give me the reassurance and peace of mind I desperately needed when I wasn't sure what was going to happen.<br><br>They are truly solution-driven professionals. When obstacles arose with my property, they provided alternative options and directed me to the right people who could support me even better. I couldn't have asked for better representatives—I always felt like their top priority, and they never missed a single call or email.<br><br>For anyone currently on their house-hunting journey, do not hesitate to contact Langford Russell and ask specifically for Kelly and Eddie. They are genuinely heaven sent. I am in awe of the constant professionalism and deep care they displayed from start to finish. I’d like to share feedback about a fantastic experience lead by Kevin Ashton of the Eltham office. I was looking to have a valuation on a property, however unsure of the process. Kevin’s expertise of process knowledge inclusive of wonderful customer service really stood out in comparison to other agencies. I definitely would recommend family and friends to contact the Eltham office for assistance. Exceptional service!

I dealt with the Rainham side of the Agents. Very professional, expedient and helpful. Mark is very honest and up front, he is customer centred. As a buyer I felt like he was on my side, which is rare. Kieran was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Ryan is professional, curious and a great sense of humour too! Totally recommend! Our house was under offer very quickly, just as they said it would be. They were honest and realistic about the price and expectations, which gave me confidence from the start and made the whole process straightforward.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Nathan Robinson, who was absolutely superb throughout. He was courteous, friendly and professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.<br><br>We would happily recommend the team, and particularly Nathan, to anyone looking to sell their property.

An excellent experience from beginning to end.<br><br>From the very first conversation, the whole process with this estate agent was excellent. Getting an initial valuation and pulling together what the property listing would look like was handled really well, with a very quick turnaround. There were some frank and honest conversations around expectations, the likely selling price and how the sale would work, which gave me a lot of confidence that I was getting realistic and sensible advice rather than simply being told what I wanted to hear.<br><br>Once the property went on the market, things moved incredibly quickly. Within a couple of days, there were over a dozen viewings booked in and, from that first batch of viewings alone, multiple offers came in. The team did a great job of managing all of this and kept me regularly updated with feedback from viewings and developments with the offers.<br><br>When it came to deciding between the offers, they were happy to talk me through the options and the next steps, making sure I understood everything before making a decision. Once the final offer was accepted, the team continued to be just as involved. They kept in regular contact, kept me apprised of progress and were proactive in chasing both my solicitors and the buyer's solicitors when needed. This made a potentially stressful part of the process much easier to manage.<br><br>Throughout the entire sale, the communication was exceptional. I always felt that I knew what was happening and, importantly, I knew that there was someone at the end of the phone if I wanted to discuss any aspect of the sale. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>The whole team were professional, knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely committed to getting the sale completed. Everything went very smoothly, and I attribute a large part of that to their knowledge, experience and proactive approach.<br><br>I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property. An excellent service from start to finish.

Renting a property can usually be a stressful process, but Aidan made it completely seamless from start to finish.
