I recently made one of the biggest changes in my life so far, deciding to move.
After 12years at my previous and it being my first ever home i was extremely anxious and thrown into the unknown however,
langford/acorn estate agents were from the beginning, to the end and even after the end still now, have been amazing and have and continue to support me in my new venture, any questions or queries i had/have.
They have been so polite and proffessional through out and made sure my moving process went with as much ease as possible and they are always available by phone or email and engage with you.
And Molly especially who initially showed me round the property when i was just viewing was so lovely and empathetic and understanding.
Also Lilia who was another agent just as lovely and helpful who also supported me for a time when initial agent was unavailable, their all really nice people.
No pushing or rushing or going through the motions . . .truly supporting and nice person through out from the beginning.
Even now after a few weeks now settling in, molly and the team are still just as available and just as helpful and supporting and the communication between agent, landlord and tenant is and has been stress free and smooth.
And i couldnt be any happier in my new home and truly given me a new peaceful relaxing and content life considering i have bad anxiety molly was extremely supportive and reasuring and continues to be so.
So yeh, i cant thankyou all enough for your efficiency, proffessionalism and how smooth you made the process and transition amd all the help and assistance you have provided, and continue to provide.

The whole process was really smooth from booking the viewing to being shown the property. Chloe Bromley was super helpful showing us round the property. She was knowledgeable and very personable. I really appreciated her help and respected her opinions. Unfortunately, the property wasn’t for us but I had a follow up call with Chloe to go through this.
