Terrible service.
Consistantly delaying in serving a Section 8 notice.
Poor communication at Yeovil Branch leval. Say they are going to take action and feedback then do nothing and ignore messages sent.
Dont go near them if you want your property managed or sold!!!

Have tried to get them to conduct a valuation 4 times, and they have not turned up on 4 separate occasions, leaving me waiting - with no phone call or apology. Very poor.
