The sale is still ongoing and Exchange and Completion are far from certain as the prospective buyer is having delaying problems with the sale of their own property.
If nothing happens soon. I may have to discuss with Connells whether they should find another buyer. No deposit has been paid so I don’t really know if the buyer is fully committed to wanting to buy the bungalow, or not.
