I was extremely fortunate to have Kate Hand ( Connells in Horsham) as the letting agent. Just excellent from start to finish and I’m still receiving emails checking that everything is going well.
I was going through a very challenging time , but Kate was very patient and provided advice and support at every stage. This is my first renting experience and I feel extremely lucky that I was guided through this by Kate. Exceptionally positive experience.

I had Katie come out to value my house after I’d had some work done to the property, and she was absolutely lovely from start to finish. She was friendly, professional and really helpful, taking the time to look around and provide her advice. In 3 months Connells gave confusing information about viewings, went weeks without a single viewing, claimed the house was not competitive with similar properties, feedback from viewers had to be dragged out of them never offered. Then having not secured a single offer said the only way to sell the property would be to go to auction!
