Vicky has been amazing. She is very professional, her communication has been excellent throughout the process, especially with the feedback from potential buyers. I did my initial valuation with Iona, whom was excellent also, and I'm happy with the valuation.
Loved the marketing of the property. ( It was advertised everywhere, even I was fed up of seeing it! ??????) But Connells delivered! Very good value for money, and excellent local market knowledge. Vicky don't ever lose your enthusiasm.... it's infectious!

We had a very good experience working with Reuben and the team. It was a slow start but following their suggestion to relaunch after Christmas, it was very quick. The team were efficient and helpful throughout.

We recently purchased a property through Connells, Crawley, and we are very happy with the service we received throughout the entire process. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was friendly, approachable, and professional.
We mainly interacted with Josh, Callum, Hayley, and Martin, and they were all extremely helpful and supportive at every stage. They always treated us with respect, kept us informed, and made what can be a stressful process feel much smoother.
The whole team was excellent, including the mortgage advisors, surveyors, and solicitors they recommended. Everything was handled efficiently and we felt well guided throughout the journey.
Overall, it was a very positive experience for us, and we truly appreciate the support from the Connells team. We would definitely recommend Connells, Crawley to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. ?????

I worked with Lissy Brown whilst searching for my first property in a busy December period and she was the consummate professional. Quick to respond, honest (which was a rare breathe of fresh air) completely non-pushy and found us a genuinely quality pool of property options and although we ultimately purchased a property elsewhere, if I could have bought that property through her I would have.
Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a property! Thanks Lissy.

My partner and I bought our first home through Connells Horsham and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing.
After our offer was accepted, communication from the branch was almost non-existent. We were given inaccurate information about the chain throughout the process and received no updates unless we chased repeatedly. We were told that Connells 'don't get involved once everything is in the solicitors hands', which after dealing with another local agent to sell my partners property, this shouldn't be the case at all.
Even arranging a second viewing required multiple calls, and any questions we asked for a call back on went unanswered. On completion day the branch initially refused to release the keys despite our solicitor, and sellers solicitor confirming twice completion had taken place.
Being a first-time buyer and working with another local agent on my partner's property sale, I expected far better communication and support. Whilst we are happy to be in our new home at last, no acknowledgement or apology has taken place by any member of staff at the branch despite us complaining. Very disappointed.

All the staff have been really pleasant and quick to inform us about everything thats going on with both our sale & purchase. We would definitely recommend them, as moving can be quite stressful and they've done everything to make this as easy as possible. We are very grateful to them.
