I recently needed to find tenants for my property and employed Nikki and Siman of Connells to run the process. They both delivered excellent client service and results which is what is now needed in the current rental environment. From finding tenants through to issuing documentation and changing over all of the bills they left nothing out. I would very much recommend them to other landlords.

I filled out the online form requesting a viewing, the form said someone would be in touch soon. I waited for 2 days, I had heard nothing so I rang. The lady I spoke to was lovely and helpful and said someone would be intouch. Noone has bothered to get in touch with me. Does Pattison Lane not want to sell properties?

In hindsight the property we were selling was overvalued initially and it was difficult to swallow having to continually reduce the guide price but in the end all was well & the auction price received was reasonable

The staff at Connells were exceptionally helpful and amiable throughout our experience. During the final stages of contract exchange and completion, their advice and assistance were invaluable, particularly as I was away from Yeovil at the time, preventing potential delays. They also provided support to my wife in completing necessary documentation. Furthermore, when our mortgage advisor, Helen, required time off, they promptly arranged for Marianna to assist us, which was greatly appreciated.

Kept waiting as onlyvrental staff nember out back on her phone despite being told twice i was waiting. Not very helpful situation im in through no fault of my own seemed veey snooty and not willing to help dont waste your time here
