Great experience with Alexander! After a few failed attempts at viewings and offers for a one-bedroom flat, I got in touch with Foxtons in Islington. I had an appointment with their agent Alexander, who showed me three interesting properties over one hour. It was a great experience, since we moved around with a Foxtons’ car. Alexander was really friendly and helpful and he recommended and arranged for me to go check one of their flagship made-to-rent buildings the following day, which is where I finally decided to move and got a lease signed. I totally recommend renters to look for Foxtons’ advice and trust Alexander’s experience.

I had an excellent experience with Natasha at Foxtons. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right property. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and only showed me properties that matched my requirements, which made the whole process much more efficient.<br><br>What stood out most was her communication and dedication. She was always responsive, punctual, and happy to answer any questions I had. Throughout every viewing, she was honest, well-informed, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. Instead, she made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.

We secured a nice flat for our daughter within 48 hours after meeting Nathan at Foxtons Shoreditch thanks to his efficiency and politeness. He showed us within hours exactly what we asked for and helped us a lot through the whole process! We were very impressed!

Zak was very professional, responsive, and helpful throughout our property search. I am disappointed with the way my concerns were handled by Foxtons Putney. Over the course of more than a year, I made repeated efforts to resolve an ongoing issue directly with the branch. Although I remained polite and tried to find a reasonable compromise, I felt my concerns were never taken seriously. Communication lacked empathy, and despite several discussions, I saw no meaningful action. Based on my experience, I expected a much more professional and considerate approach from a local business.

Having recently sold my big house through Foxtons, I can honestly say I was extremely impressed with their professionalism. Chloe and Katherine were amazing to work with and delivered a successful result. Their communication, integrity and transparency throughout the process, was greatly appreciated and valued. Buying and selling a property is always stressful, and working with both these lovely ladies really reassured me that I was in very capable hands with good communication throughout the process. Chloe's market knowledge has been invaluable and I value her advice for my future search for another property. Catherine delivered on the buyers and I will most certainly be recommending Foxtons to my friends in the future. All of the other staff who I dealt with were also very obliging and helpful. Renting through Foxtons was one of the most frustrating experiences we've had with an agency.<br><br>The core problem: there is no consistency of contact. Every time we dealt with them, it was a different person, and information clearly wasn't being passed along properly between colleagues. We'd complete a step, only to be asked to repeat it weeks later because whoever picked up the case next hadn't been briefed.<br><br>This became especially bad when it came to getting our deposit back. Despite providing bank details early on and having them explicitly acknowledged in writing, we were later told the information had never been received. We were then asked multiple times, by multiple different people, to reconfirm consent and details that had already been submitted and confirmed. This dragged the deposit return out for weeks past the legal timeframe, causing us real financial stress since we'd already moved and needed those funds to cover our new rent. Throughout all of this, our landlord had done everything required on her end promptly and had no issues to raise — the delay was entirely on Foxtons' side. In fact, our landlord was so unhappy with the service that she said she'd stop working with them altogether.<br><br>We also received incorrect information upfront about payment terms, which didn't match what we were later told was actually the arrangement.<br><br>We were warned by others beforehand not to use Foxtons. We didn't listen. We should have.
