Carley was fantastic throughout our property purchase and we had a really positive experience dealing with her. She was friendly, professional and always easy to get hold of, keeping us updated throughout the process and helping to keep everything moving between all parties.<br><br>She was always happy to answer our questions and made what can be quite a stressful process feel much easier. I can’t recommend Foxtons enough. I was assisted by Muhja Al Madani, who helped me find a flat to rent on my own, which is quite a challenge in London, especially at this time of year.<br><br>Muhja was incredibly responsive, helpful and kind throughout the whole process, and made sure everything moved along quickly and smoothly. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier.<br><br>I’d happily recommend Foxtons to anyone looking to rent in London, and especially Muhja for all her help throughout the process.

The manager Gavie carried out a valuation at my mother’s property and unfortunately the experience was far from professional. Myself and my mother found his manner rude and dismissive, which was particularly disappointing given that this was an important and stressful decision for my mother.<br><br>I also didn’t feel that he demonstrated the level of knowledge you would expect from someone in his position. We were left with very little confidence in the advice being given, he significantly under valued the property.<br><br>It is important to note we had the property valued by another local agent a couple of days later (which took my mother a lot of convincing after this experience) who valued the property at a price we believed fit the property and they brought us multiple offers within the first month and we completed yesterday!<br><br>If you do chose to get a valuation from this agent, I would STRONGLY advise to get a second opinion.

The Foxtons letting team are impossible to reach. The queue just now had a waiting list of 25 people!<br>Also, try finding a phone number for a particular branch!!

Richard Pedley provided a good service during my valuation. He was proactive in reaching out, provided a clear strategy to sell my flat (as well as highlighting what could be improved based on his first impressions), and reassured me of Foxton’s strengths, extensive pool of potential buyers and offer. I was also impressed by Richard’s knowledge of the local area and the wider factors influencing the property sector which Richard translated into a local sales strategy for my flat sale. Thanks very much Richard for a useful valuation.
