Paula Mema was fantastic throughout my recent move to Islington. She's very proactive — at the start that felt a little pushy, but that's exactly what you want from a letting agent when you're trying to secure a flat, and she was always quick to reply and explained everything clearly: deposit, standing order, key collection. The whole process felt smooth and personal, including a lovely handwritten card when I moved in. If you're renting through Foxtons, ask for Paula. Highly recommended!

0 stars if I could - we were strung along for a confirmed viewing this morning and no one showed. Multiple excuses of “travel delays” and then subsequently told “I wasn’t told about your viewing until now”. Meanwhile, we travelled over an hour to the viewing and had to wait almost an hour in the rain while Kaylene strung us along saying someone would be there shortly. You can rent from the property managers directly these days so you’re better off going via JLL etc.
